Program Structure: Throughout the program, interns will gain exposure to key departments and functions. Each experience is guided by professional bankers who provide practical training, project assignments, and role-specific knowledge. Experiential learning includes: Retail Banking: Learn the fundamentals of customer service, account management, deposits, and daily branch operations. Observe and gain firsthand experience on building relationships with and supporting customers in their banking needs. Lending: Explore the lending process from application to closing. Work alongside commercial and consumer lenders to understand loan origination, underwriting, and relationship management.
