Summary:
The Procedural Care Unit sees an average of 55 cases daily, offering a fast-paced environment. PCU provides care both before and after procedures for Electrophysiology, Interventional Radiology and Cardiovascular labs. Procedures include TAVR's, ablations, biopsies, catheterizations and more.
PCU is an outpatient/closed unit, there are no floating requirements.
Day shift holiday requirement: Either one working holiday or one on call shift.
Weekend: One 12 hour shift every 8 weeks required, either Saturday or Sunday
Scheduling: 8 week set/repeating schedule allowing you to know your schedule for a better work life balance.
On call: You will be placed on call one weekend from 7a-7p one to two times yearly.
ED, ICU, or cardiac/intermediate experience preferred.

The annual salary range for this role is $145,000 - $155,000/year, with a variable bonus, based on performance. Position Overview
The Information Security Analyst will be an integral part of delivering DHIN's services to the Delaware healthcare community and beyond. Specifically, this position will have a role in developing and implementing security measures to protect DHIN's computer networks and systems. This position will also manage security incidents, vulnerability remediation and provide feedback into the Continuous Service Improvement process so that DHIN continues to improve in all aspects of securing the services offered by DHIN.

Bachelor's degree minimum
Knowledge of the US healthcare industry, diagnostic imaging trends and technology, along with imaging safety knowledge
Graduate of an approved radiology technology program and is registered by ARRT, NMTCB, or ARMRIT required. Licensure from the state of California is preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years as a technologist required. MRI experience preferred.
Imaging Management experience required (Supervisor, Manager or Director, 2-5 years preferred).
Work from home, with overnight travel (5-7 nights/month).
Must be willing to travel the following areas: San Francisco, San Rafael, Vallejo, Roseville, Walnut Creek and San Jose.
Must reside within the Northern California area: Bay area or other surrounding areas

The annual salary range for this role is $145,000 - $155,000/year, with a variable bonus, based on performance. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This position is also eligible for a performance-based merit increase annually. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications for this role and their individual experience. This role will also include an annual bonus that is paid biannually, with a car allowance, milage reimbursement, and stipend for home internet.

Summary:

Schedule: Monday - Friday 0830-1700 with weekends, holidays, on-call, and other shifts as needed.
Onsite training required, but once training is complete, position can work remotely. As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will provide excellent customer service on all transactions and are responsible for communicating with customers including patients, physicians, providers, and internal customers, and provide accurate and timely resolution to all inquiries and issues. Ensure callers receive exceptional customer service when responding to telephone, e-mail or written inquiries. Perform all duties under general supervision. Call volume often requires performing department functions at an increased pace while maintaining quality. The CES must be service-oriented individuals, able to communicate effectively and display a professional and positive demeanor. The CES needs to relate well to the customer, think and exercise sound judgment, and act responsibly in the customer s and the company s interest.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. After training period, show proficiency and have documented competency with various applications, websites and functions.
2. Provide first-level support on incoming calls from internal and external customers using appropriate iCARE guidelines and skills taught in identified Customer Service training module.
3. Work Directly with Client Engagement Leadership as needed for escalated calls regarding complaints, complex issues beyond agent s scope, etc.
