Beacon Hill is actively building a flexible, on-call team of Attorneys (licensed and in good standing) and Interpreters to support clients at USCIS interviews (I-485, N-400, and I-130 cases), with approximately two weeks' notice. The frequency of interviews will fluctuate week to week and month to month.
Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish with a high degree of accuracy and understanding. A Spanish language proficiency test would be required before performing the work needed.
Location: Los Angeles, CA (In-person assignments within a two-hour radius of USCIS field offices)
Hours/Schedule: Each attorney or interpreter will be required to attend interviews in person, with approximately 5 hours per assignment
Concurrent employment permitted
Training:
Attorneys: 1 week (40 hours)
Interpreters: 2 weeks (80 hours)
Pay:
Attorneys: $85-$90/hour, depending on experience
Interpreters: $50-$55/hour, depending on experience

Overview

Experience interpreting and translating with patients at a full range of developmental and educational levels.

Position Overview:
As a part-time BCBA, you will manage a caseload of 10-15 clients, providing individualized behavior intervention services in various settings including at home, within the community, and in schools. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
Conduct assessments (FBAs) and provide direct behavioral intervention for clients with autism.
Hold client sessions in diverse settings (home, community, and school) to ensure comprehensive care.
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to support staff and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience with autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, etc.
Proven clinical and supervision experience.
FBA experience
Report writing experience
Clinical treatment plan writing experience
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Valid California BCBA certification and relevant state licensure as applicable.
