In this role, you will enhance client engagement strategies, positioning Natixis as a preferred candidate for active bookrunner and lead DCM roles. Collaborate closely with Origination (coverage) and Bond Syndicate teams to provide market intelligence and innovative structuring ideas to Natixis clients. Drive client marketing initiatives focused on cross-border origination from Latin America. Assess investor demand and maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders. Work with Global Markets and Bond Syndicate teams to gather pricing information in secondary markets and support special ad-hoc projects and initiatives. Coordinate with the Green Sustainable Hub, Capital Advisory, and Ratings Advisory teams to create value-added content for clients. Maintain collaboration with DCM colleagues in Paris, London, Dubai, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Tokyo to stay informed about market developments in non-USD currencies and identify relevant client opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of debt capital markets, particularly in Latin America, with significant experience in Financial Institutions Group (FIG) clients.
