* Responsible for relating all pertinent information to the Client when supporting a live project.
* Contributes to a master-list of slang words and codes (used by a particular group/organization) for the duration of the project/case.
* Maintains a voice library for the duration of the project.

Interpret and voice for deaf and hard-of-hearing students as assigned. Adhere to professional code of ethics as outlined by RID . Ability to successfully interact with a diverse population is a must. POOLED ASL Interpreter position: By applying to this pooled position you are not applying for a specific position. You are submitting your application to be considered for temporary, on call, and regularly schedule needs that arise to serve our students both in the classroom and at events. Hourly rate: $33.00-$44.00. Rate based on certification level and experience.
Physical Demands
Signing, travel to student activities as required.
Duties
Interpret and voice for deaf and hard-of-hearing students and participants of various campus events that require same. Travel to events to meet student as required.
