Master's degree or above in linguistics from a leading academic institution with a strong academic record

What You'll Do
Develop and maintain English/Spanish letters for clients
Compile information and technical terms into glossaries and terminology databases to be used in translations

Here's what you'll be doing:
Joining our middle school as a paraprofessional comes with a lot of growth opportunities, but with great power comes great responsibility. Here are a few for this position:
Assist student with activities of daily living (toileting/diapering, eating)
Work one on with a student with a cognitive learning disability
Provide assistance with individualized programmed materials
Assist in carrying out programs of support staff (SLP, OT, PT, APE)
Maintain appropriate records and daily/weekly tracking sheets
Assist with progress monitoring for individualized education plans
Assist in education demonstrations, if necessary Be a good TEAMmate - work closely with other school staff to reinforce expectations for all students
Qualifications
Must Haves:
Speak Spanish and English
Experience supporting with daily living skills such as toileting and diapering
Experience supporting students with a cognitive learning disability
Exhibit positive rapport with students
