As a Receiving Inspector, you will work hands-on supporting multiple production centers in Courtland Alabama through the inspection and processing of mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical parts and systems. This position is for Thursday-Sunday 4X10 work schedule. What will you be working on? • You will be Inspecting products/materials for our production centers that are from approved LM suppliers or other LM sites and will validate the workmanship, dimensions and ensure documentation conforms to the product requirements. • You will disposition parts for test or outside inspections based on inspection plans or program requirements • You will perform acceptance or rejections and generate non-conforming documentation (Q-Notes) for hardware that does not meet product specifications or requirements • You will perform inspection and handling of Hazardous materials/chemicals • You will perform inspection and handling of Ordinance material • Support other areas of Quality as required • Other tasks as assigned The position will be eligible for overtime as needed.
