The Environmental Project Manager will support the Building and Construction business by overseeing the Environmental projects in the Kansas City region. This position could travel 20% of the time depending on project load/location. Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (may vary) What you'll do: Perform environmental services including Phase I and II environmental site assessments (ESAs) Perform soil and groundwater sampling Assist in assessment and remediation and field observation documentation Perform industrial hygiene services to include performing asbestos, indoor air quality, and lead surveys Ability to prepare technical proposal and reports Ability to communicate with clients and regulators to keep projects moving and on schedule Ability to self-manage and make decisions during all phases of a project Ability to manage and control project budgets and build solid relationship with clients This position outline is a general guideline and does not represent all encompassing details.
