Job Summary & Essential Functions Coordinate, complete, and resolve all accounting transactions and activities to assist with the safeguarding of company assets. Report accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with company policy and in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and GAAP. Determine and implement cost accounting procedures and methods. This role drives supplier performance, oversees qualification processes, leads issue resolution, and ensures suppliers meet company expectations for quality, delivery, and continuous improvement Responsible for supplier management and development Evaluate and qualify new PCBA and electronic component suppliers using audits, capability assessments, and risk analysis Monitor ongoing supplier performance through KPIs (PPM, on-time delivery, corrective action response, audit scores) Lead supplier development projects to improve yield, reduce defects, and strengthen process controls Maintain approved supplier lists, quality documentation, and audit records Review suppliers for quality assurance and compliance Review supplier manufacturing processes, PCBA assembly procedures, SMT processes, and test coverage (ICT, AOI, functional test). Ensure supplier compliance with industry standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600, ISO 9001, IATF16949 if automotive, RoHS/REACH). Support NPI by reviewing DFM, PPAP/FAI submissions, and control plans for PCBA builds. Conduct process audits and layered checks at supplier sites.
