We are searching for a Customer Success Manager for our Industrial & Data Center Segment of our business
Serve as customer contact and liaison between company and assigned customers. Complete support functions including Quoting, Purchasing, and Customer Service. Prepare costs and quotations, procure materials, and maintain our document system to ensure successful delivery of their customers' orders.
Work within the segment team to provide timely information on inquiries related to expediting, shipping dates, pricing, availability, order, and credit processing.
Responsible for RFP through Material Clean process (all functions).
Monitor all incoming and outgoing customer correspondence (verbal and written).
Support customer relationships and coordinate all customer support activities.
Prepare cost estimates and price quotations for assigned assemblies and services.
Work with segment team to ensure quotes are submitted, processed, and delivered capitalizing on past experiences and knowledge of supporting roles.
Prepare, send, and monitor material used for quoting purposes.
Procure material within assigned segment in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Maintain, build, and develop supplier relationships.
Maintain document system and assist in controlling and incorporating changes to documents.
Compile data from various sources, data entry, creating and generating reports and other business records on computer systems.
Capture follow-up business with assigned existing customers.
Project company image to attract business.
Travel to customers and vendors as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Knowledge of inventory management techniques (kanban, bonding, safety stock, etc.)
Knowledge of cost and pricing data submission, purchasing laws, and commercial contracting legal requirements
Proficient level in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); ERP, MRP
Demonstrate a high level of problem solving by gathering, analyzing and communicating information to identify and troubleshoot solutions
Planning and organizational skills including the ability to initiate, prioritize, and allocate resources
Excellent communication skills in all forms
Ability to negotiate effectively and professionally

Required Experience & Education
Bachelor's degree in related field (or demonstrated ability to independently perform essential functions of the job for internal candidates)
Previous experience in a manufacturing ITAR and ISO environment preferred

Key Responsibilities
Maintain efficient flow of materials from receiving through production to shipping
Physically receive incoming materials, inspect for damage, verify packing slips, and report discrepancies
Accurately pull, label, and deliver materials to work centers or staging areas
Ensure proper handling, storage, and packing to prevent material damage
Enter material transactions into the business system and maintain inventory accuracy
Conduct routine cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and analyze root causes
Prepare products for shipment per packaging specifications and complete all shipping documentation
Support FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices
Ensure only authorized personnel receive or distribute materials

The Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) and electronic components sourced from external suppliers. Lead supplier development projects to improve yield, reduce defects, and strengthen process controls
Maintain approved supplier lists, quality documentation, and audit records
Review suppliers for quality assurance and compliance
Review supplier manufacturing processes, PCBA assembly procedures, SMT processes, and test coverage (ICT, AOI, functional test).
Ensure supplier compliance with industry standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600, ISO 9001, IATF16949 if automotive, RoHS/REACH).
Support NPI by reviewing DFM, PPAP/FAI submissions, and control plans for PCBA builds.
Conduct process audits and layered checks at supplier sites.
Investigate incoming PCBA defects, returns, or failures using root-cause analysis tools
Drive timely supplier corrective actions and verify effectiveness through data and follow-up audits
Collaborate with engineering teams to validate design-related vs. process-related issues
Develop and optimize incoming inspection procedures and sampling plans for PCBAs and components
Analyze quality trends and defect data to identify systemic supplier issues
Provide technical disposition for nonconforming materials (NCMR/MRB support
Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, program management, and procurement teams
Support cost‑reduction initiatives by improving supplier yields and reducing rework

Key Responsibilities:
Perform assigned assembly tasks under the direction of the Production Supervisor.
Operate a range of equipment such as conformal coating systems, singulation machines, and begin training on wave solder machinery.
Assemble electrical and electromechanical components using a variety of hand tools and hardware.
Identify and address defects in accordance with IPC-A-610 standards (all classes).
Maintain a high standard of quality while working independently with minimal supervision.
Follow all company policies and expectations outlined in the General Requirements for Team Members.
What You Bring:
Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience using basic tools and testing equipment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
