About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Success Manager with a strong emphasis on purchasing, quoting, and supplier management for our Aerospace and Defense Segment of business. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our customers, internal teams, and suppliers to support accurate pricing, efficient procurement, and successful order fulfillment.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with cost estimates, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams while ensuring customers receive timely and reliable service.
Key Responsibilities
Quoting & Costing
Prepare accurate cost estimates and price quotations for assemblies and services.
Manage quotes from initial customer request through submission and follow-up.
Support the RFP through Material Clean process to ensure quotes are complete, accurate, and competitive.
Prepare, track, and maintain material used for quoting and pricing analysis.
Leverage historical data and past experience to improve quote accuracy and turnaround time.
Purchasing & Supplier Management
Procure materials within your assigned segment in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Build, develop, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and availability with vendors.
Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Support inventory management practices including Kanban, safety stock, and bonding strategies.
Customer Support & Coordination
Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
Provide updates related to order status, pricing, delivery schedules, and availability.
Monitor all incoming and outgoing communication (email and verbal).
Capture repeat business and support existing customer relationships.
Travel to customers and suppliers as needed to strengthen partnerships.
Systems, Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems.
Manage and update the document control system.
Assist with document changes and revisions as part of the controlled document process.
Compile, enter, and analyze data; create reports and documentation as required.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
ITAR and ISO experience strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain efficient flow of materials from receiving through production to shipping
Physically receive incoming materials, inspect for damage, verify packing slips, and report discrepancies
Accurately pull, label, and deliver materials to work centers or staging areas
Ensure proper handling, storage, and packing to prevent material damage
Enter material transactions into the business system and maintain inventory accuracy
Conduct routine cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and analyze root causes
Prepare products for shipment per packaging specifications and complete all shipping documentation
Support FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices
Ensure only authorized personnel receive or distribute materials
Create serialization labels as needed and assist in programming components

Education & Experience

🔧 What You'll Be Doing:
As an AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) Operator , you'll be the quality control detective, inspecting printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to make sure they meet customer requirements and workmanship standards. Your role is essential to ensuring that our products are as flawless as the technology they support.
You will:
Review AOI output to assess PCBA quality
Spot recurring manufacturing defects and collaborate with the SMT Operator, Production Coordinator, and Process Engineer to resolve them
Catch false calls and help fine-tune AOI programs
Log defects in the MES system with precision
Recommend documentation improvements for better quality outcomes
Continue developing your inspection and AOI skills through hands-on training
Assist with x-ray inspection as needed
