Looking for Bilingual and Non-Bilingual Field Interviewers! Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Field Interviewers on behalf of our client in the Hennepin County area. Applicants within an approximate 50-mile radius of this location may be considered. As a Field Interviewer, you will conduct study enrollment interviews supporting the Parents Empowering Parents (PEP) study, which primarily focuses on assessing the effectiveness of services provided to parents involved with child welfare who have substance use disorder (SUD), an active child welfare case with an assessment that the children are not currently endangered and they are working to address the areas of concern that caused the case to be initiated. This is a multi-year study that includes a 45-minute interviewer-administered baseline survey, plus another similar follow-up survey approximately 15 months later.
This is a part-time position, and applicants must be available at least 20 hours per week up to 40 hours per week based on availability of work. Applicants must be available to work a combination of weekdays and weekends when respondents will be available. There will be a 3 day paid in-person group training session in Cambridge, MA in mid-January 2025. (There will also be 8 hours of computer self-study at home) A tablet, keyboard and phone will be provided and is for use only on this assignment. The compensation for this position is based on your location and follows the Service Contract Act (SCA) rates. The SCA Rate for Hennepin County is $22.81 per hour, plus a $4.98 per hour Health & Welfare stipend.

**About the Role**
As a key member of the Safety Operations team within Global Patient Safety (GPS), you will serve as a subject matter expert in literature review and intake activities. This role involves performing thorough reviews of literature abstracts and articles, as well as the intake of literature cases.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
* **Literature Review:**
Review weekly literature abstracts to identify valid and invalid safety cases.
* **Full Text Review:**
Order and evaluate full-text literature articles as necessary for safety case creation.
* **Case Intake:**
Process and log valid and invalid safety cases from your literature reviews.
* **Quality Control:**
Conduct quality control checks on abstract and article reviews, both in-line and retrospectively as needed.
* **Training:**
Facilitate new hire training and certification for literature review and intake processes.
* **Administrative Tasks:**
Order copyrights and translations as required, and perform follow-up activities for literature cases.
* **Additional Case Intake:**
Handle intake activities for cases from other sources as necessary.

Field Interviewers are responsible for:
Traveling frequently to selected locations to recruit study participants, averaging 50-75 miles from residence
Making in-person contact with selected respondents to discuss the study, answer questions, and obtain participation
Collecting confidential information and administering standardized questionnaires
Independently managing administrative duties, including participating in conference calls and completing online trainings
Transmitting data as scheduled
Assuming full and legal responsibility for use and care of project-issued equipment
Safeguarding any participant incentives, issued equipment, or project materials against damage, loss, or theft

RTI International is seeking part-time field interviewers on the National Household Enumeration Study (NHES). NHES collects data about television viewing and household composition. The study involves an in-person screening averaging 5 minutes and a household interview that usually lasts between 5 to 10 minutes. NHES data collectors are responsible for traveling to respondents' homes to conduct the in-person screenings and interviews.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old at the time of employment
Must possess High School Diploma or GED
Possess effective communication skills through speech and listening
Fluency in both English and Spanish through reading, writing, and speaking
Available for entire training and data collection period
Able to successfully complete training
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal automobile available for business use
Comfortable using RTI issued tablet, laptop and other associated equipment
Access to password-protected Wi-Fi connection for data transmissions and administrative responsibilities
Able to keep project information confidential
Willingness to work in various types of weather conditions and after dark

Attend an in-person training to be scheduled in late February that likely requires air travel. Training will be approximately 4 days in length
Must pass certification mocks twice in data collection period (once on the last day of training and again approximately halfway through data collection)
