Westat is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals with a commitment to excellence to be traveling bilingual field interviewers on the Population Assessment of Tobacco and Health (PATH) study. The PATH study collects information on tobacco and nicotine use, and examines the short- and long-term health effects of such use on people in the U.S.
The PATH Study employs a multi-mode approach to data collection that includes web and in-person data collection. **Basic Qualifications**
Candidates must:

Job Summary:
A Fire Plans Reviewer reviews plans to ensure compliance with Fire and Building codes. Requirements
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of an Associate's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Utilization Management, Referral Management, Authorization/Denials, or Medical Claims Processing/Insurance Referral. Additionally, qualified candidates must:
Be a U.S. Citizen.
Have the knowledge, skills, and computer literacy to interpret and apply medical care criteria, such as InterQual, Milliman Ambulatory Care Guidelines, Specialty Referral Guidelines (SRGs) or other evidence-based guidelines identified by the Military Health System (MHS).
Have knowledge of medical terminology with an ability to learn MHS, VA-DOD Sharing Program, TRICARE, HIPAA, release of medical information.
Have effective communication and people skills.
Have demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service skills.
Have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Access to Care Standards within the Direct Care System.
Be able to pay strict attention to detail and the appropriate use of deferral codes.
Have excellent organizational skills, i.e., ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, set goals, and implement plans for achieving those goals.
Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook (email), and the Internet

As a Release Reviewer, you will play a critical role in the lifecycle of classified information. You will be responsible for evaluating and processing Automatic Declassification Reviews (ADR) and Mandatory Declassification Reviews (MDR). Your primary mission is to meticulously analyze sensitive records, identify classified content based on current security guidance, and determine what can be safely released to the public or transferred to the National Archives (NARA).
Essential Duties:
Document Analysis: Review complex records to identify classified data, apply appropriate classification levels, and execute redactions using legal exemption codes. Based on the criteria of Executive Order (EO) 13526, the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and the Privacy Act (PA).
Case Management: Prepare comprehensive review cases, providing written rationale for redactions and clear recommendations for document release.
Archival Integrity: Oversee the physical and intellectual custody of permanent records. This includes appraising, arranging, and describing records according to the principles of provenance and original order.
Inter-Agency Coordination: Identify Other Government Agency (OGA) equities and facilitate the necessary referrals and coordination for multi-agency reviews.
Research & Consistency: Conduct in-depth research into historical release decisions to ensure all current recommendations remain accurate and consistent with policy.
Preservation: Ensure records are properly housed in preservation-quality materials and managed through the formal transfer process to NARA.
Qualifications & Experience:
Clearance: Must hold an active Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
Experience: 6-10 years of experience in information security and classification.
Background: Direct experience with the SAR program or prior client-specific experience is highly preferred.

Examples include IC experience, SIGNIT experience (such as intelligence analysts, foreign disclosure officers, CD/CI/CT analysts, etc.) who demonstrate a deep familiarity with FOIA, PA, and EO 13526.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and standard office applications; ability to maintain high productivity while working at a computer workstation for extended periods.
