The Image Review Clerk will have an understanding of the Business Rules that apply to Image Review as well as the different escalation processes for identifying images, understand trip and tolling transactions, including v-tolls, exception handling and what part Image Review plays in the successful billing of toll road transactions. As background the Image Review clerk will also have an understanding of the differences between Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Automatic License Plate Read (ALPR), Fingerprinting, the make-up of a license plate as well as plate mask templates and how they are used in the Customer Service Center (CSC). Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Correctly identify license plate images in accordance with the Customer Service Center Business Rules.     Westat is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to work as Field Interviewers for the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS). MEPS is a study of health care costs and usage in the United States, sponsored by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), a part of the Department of Health and Human Services. MEPS is a panel survey, which features several rounds of interviewing the same respondents to collect information for two full calendar years. Field Interviewers (FIs) conduct in-person and computer-assisted video interviews with adult members of households, drawn from a nationally representative sample, using a Westat-provided laptop computer. FIs are responsible for contacting the households in-person and/or by phone to gain cooperation, setting appointments, completing the interview, and collecting and following up with electronic and hard-copy signed documents. Traveling to the MEPS in-person training in January 2026 is a mandatory job requirement. In addition, FIs may be required to travel to local, and, at times, long-distance households, with some assignments requiring overnight travel. This is a part-time position that runs yearly, with two data collection periods. One period runs from January through mid-July, and the other from late July through early December. Start and stop dates vary with caseloads; however, all data collectors will have a break between rounds, during which time there is no work. Between the spring and fall rounds, the break is typically 1-2 weeks; between the fall and spring rounds, it is approximately a month. Field Interviewers report to a field supervisor and complete and submit administrative paperwork. On days when Field Interviewers work, they will be expected to transmit electronic data daily. Enrolled at least half-time in a degree, diploma, or certificate-seeking undergraduate or graduate program. Summer is the only semester in which a student can maintain employment without being enrolled. In this case, the student must be pre-registered for the upcoming fall semester. Voice Audition Interviewers will meet with prospective students after their audition to help them debrief their experience, answer any questions they have about the program they're auditioning for, and get to know them a little bit. The role of Student Interviewer is vital to our admissions and recruitment process. Interviewers will be hired to meet with undergraduate applicants as well as grad applicants to the MM Opera, MM Pedagogy, MM Voice Performance and MFA Musical Theater Pedagogy programs. Interviewers will work in pairs in approximately 4-5 hours shifts (morning or afternoon), and work is usually only on weekends, usually on Saturdays between early December and mid-February. Student interviewers must be currently enrolled in the program they are representing. Must have good interpersonal skills and a strong knowledge of their own program as well as a good sense of student life for a student in their respective degree program. Good communication skills and ability to help applying singers to feel at ease are key to the job. Successful applicants will have the ability to represent Boston Conservatory well and to recruit effectively for their program. Student Admissions Interviewers get a behind the scenes look at admissions and recruitment and gain a better understanding of the process behind bringing new students into the school.
