The Vice President of Sales is tasked with formulating and overseeing the comprehensive sales strategy for two businesses within InTest's Electronic Test division - Acculogic and Alfamation. This responsibility encompasses implementing and executing growth plans, as well as generating market demand. The Vice President will lead the global sales teams of these businesses, directing the execution of sales strategies and initiatives, engaging with customers and achieving other objectives to support both business unit and corporate goals. A key aspect of this role involves leveraging the synergies between the two business units to optimize collaboration and performance.
This position will be paid a base salary of $175,000 and up (commensurate with experience) plus an incentive plan. This position is fully remote and can be primarily located near a major international airport anywhere in the US or potentially Canada. The role requires extensive travel and is expected to be 50% covering both North America and International.

Requirements
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Develop, implement and execute a sales strategy for the organizations that results in meeting and exceeding bookings, revenue and profit objectives of the business in both the short and long term.
Maintain and grow the existing customer base and create processes to seek new and/or additional income / business development opportunities in new markets / applications.
Establish, cultivate, manage, and lead a sales team to strategically target all potential customers. Oversee the recruitment, career development, skill enhancement, and performance evaluation of Sales Team Members.
Set goals for and evaluate team member performance and manage accordingly to maximize sales revenue and market penetration.
Leverage industry knowledge and customer relationships to understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.
Work to develop and leverage the customer, market, product and solution synergies between the Acculogic and Alfamation business units.
Manage channel partner relationships, performance and results.
Develop the training and material required to better equip channel partners to sell our products.
Work closely with the Commercial, Operations and Product leaders to ensure a cohesive strategy with clear communication channels to meet the segment goals and objectives.
Provide the Acculogic and Alfamation and Corporate leadership team with customer and market insights to facilitate ideas on how to continuously improve product offerings and market strategies. This includes providing market and specific customer feedback for the creation and continual management of a product roadmap.
Develop and implement strategies that will grow the aftermarket(software, service, spare parts and upgrades) revenue of the businesses.
Summarize and report sales forecast, risks & opportunities and pipeline status to management.
Define and drive the prompt and accurate forecast, quotation and bid process with the Sales Team, Sales Support staff and Applications Engineering.
Develop and implement the metrics, processes and tools needed to improve the efficiency and quality of our quotation and sales processes to better serve our customers.
Ensure timely and routine communications with Sales Team Members on competitive information, product issues, market trends and customer perception of Acculogic's products and services.
Develop customer presentations and other product material needed to illustrate the value of our products to channel partners and end users.
Attend trade shows, technical symposiums and other industry events in order to develop relationships and build company/brand awareness.
Manage Sales Team to prospect and convert leads into profitable business relationships.
Work with the Sales Team Members to negotiate and close large contracts to ensure consistency and growth of the sales team.

Requirements
Minimum Position Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited university or college is required. An MBA is preferred.
10 or more years of experience in a sales function; required
5 or more years of managing sales team selling capital equipment to electronic manufacturing companies; required
Proven capability in identifying and implementing new product and market initiatives to achieve profitable business growth.
In-depth understanding of market and technology trends and challenges in the Printed Circuit Board, Electronic Test and/or EV Battery markets.
Experience collaborating with marketing and product development teams to identify and introduce new product requirements based on market needs within a structured product development process.
Strong goal orientation and the desire to pursue a career working directly with customers.
Experience & success in selling technically differentiated capital equipment to Fortune 1000 companies
In-depth knowledge of marketing/sales techniques and best practices including value selling
Must demonstrate excellent presentation, communication, writing and facilitation skills.
Possesses a combination of good process, conceptual, business analysis and problem-solving skills.
Experience with implementation and utilization of CRM system required;
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.

Senior PCB Designer
Job Description:
Candidate will interface with multiple engineering groups and provide senior-level design and layout support for Multi-layer RF/Digital printed circuit boards. Responsibilities will include library symbols and footprints, schematic entry, layout, design rule checking, and post processing of design data. This will include verification of manufacturing data and development of all manufacturing documentation, including fabrication and assembly drawings. Some library maintenance may be required, as well as other departmental support duties such as data management and peer reviews.
Candidate must be highly proficient in schematic driven PCB design principles for RF/Digital PCB layout. Candidate should have recent experience in layout of RF/Digital PCBs, HDI and a solid understanding of design for manufacturing and assembly, and RF/Digital layout and design practices. Knowledge of signal integrity design constraints encompassing differential pairs, matched lengths, impedance control and hierarchical schematic skills. Familiarity with Agile data management system would be helpful. Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects as well as delegate tasks to others.
Coordination of and participation in team meetings for PCB reviews.

Principal Application Engineer - MMIC Products
A Principal Application Engineer is a critical team member responsible for helping customers with our diverse portfolio of MMIC devices. The devices span the range of low frequency passives to >100GHz active devices currently, with new devices coming out all the time. The role is primarily to work with the team, investigating customer questions, evaluating MACOM devices in the lab, and providing data to our customers. Duties include hands-on time in the lab using microwave test equipment (PNA-X, other VNA's, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters), building and teaching others about complex lab setups, working with the team to design custom application-specific printed circuit boards, setting up related experiments, creating technical content and presenting it to customers, answering customer technical tickets, analyzing production data, writing application notes and updating datasheets. The goal of the application engineering team is to provide direct, confidence-building technical support to our customers. RF & Microwave experience is required. The applicant should be a self-starter, willing to dig into technical questions, with a passion for helping customers.
