Leif is a seasoned software industry executive with over 25 years of leadership and value creation experience - and a unique skill set in sales, go-to-market strategy development and operational excellence across multiple software end markets. In his current role as CEO, Leif is focused on guiding the company through the next chapter of its 25+ year history of growth and innovation. Prior to joining Alegeus, Leif was the Chief Executive Officer of Intralinks, a market-leading FinTech solution for secure high-stake transactions within the global banking, deal-making and capital market communities. Known as a mentor and motivator to his colleagues, Leif has a strong leadership style which allows for easy, open engagement between customers, suppliers, employees and C-level executives. Leif holds a BA in Political Science from Boston College.

Ken Bisconti is the worldwide business and product management leader for IBM's Customer Analytics software solutions which are a core component of IBM’s Watson customer engagement portfolio. He manages IBM's digital analytics (formerly Coremetrics), customer behavior analytics (formerly Tealeaf) and omni-channel journey analytics solutions and is a key member of IBM's Customer Engagement leadership team. Ken has more than twenty-five years of product management experience at IBM, including vice president of IBM Enterprise Content Management where he integrated FileNet into IBM and helped bring Datacap, PSS Systems and StoredIQ into the industry's largest ECM business. He has also held a variety of executive positions in IBM's enterprise portal and collaboration software businesses. Mr. Bisconti holds a bachelor's degree in quantitative economics and decision sciences from the University of California at San Diego. He is also a recent member of the board of directors for AIIM, the industry’s leading association of information professionals.
