Pros of working at Intuit

Work life balance is great. Management is there for you from start to finish.

Cons of working at Intuit

Cons working at Intuit is that they are outsourcing the bookkeeping work to over seas and making all US positions customer facing.

How would you improve Intuit's culture?

By including thoughts of everyday employees into the big decisions. I would also have more communication on changes within the company

The diversity within the company and the team. Flexibility between work/home. Major major growth within the company internally.

Work from home, so IT/ technical issues. Last team manager I had treated me unfair compared to others on my team

Getting extra bonuses and money on top of my hourly(we had hourly bonuses, weekly, and monthly!

The CEO and leadership team extremely dedicated and smart individuals! They are happy and like the company they work for also good leaders

Longer product training.

How did you prepare for the Intuit interview?

Pray to God! Gather my thoughts together, I then go over what company I am interviewing for (duties, services ECT.). I also will several research company reviews and employee reviews

How does your compensation at Intuit compare to the industry average?

From my experience the compensation and into it has been fabulous it exceeded my expectations also as well

What's the diversity at Intuit like?

The representation of diverse demographics of intuit is extremely large, they are national! Even though there's all kinds of different people one thing intuit does, is, treating everybody equal!

What brings you the most joy at Intuit?

Knowing that I like the company I work for and I'm getting paid well. Feeling like a valued employee
