Sasan Goodarzi has served as a member of Atlassian's board of directors since April 2018. Mr. Goodarzi is the chief executive officer (CEO) of Intiuit Inc. From May 2016 to December 2018, Mr. Goodarzi served as executive vice president and general manager of Intuit’s Small Business and Self-Employed Group. Prior to that, Mr. Goodarzi held multiple general management positions during two separate stints at Intuit, including as senior vice president and general manager for the company’s ProTax division and Intuit Financial Services from 2004 to 2010, as chief information officer leading Intuit’s transition to the cloud from 2011 to 2013, and as general manager and executive vice president of TurboTax from 2013 to 2016. Prior to joining Intuit, Mr. Goodarzi worked for Invensys, a global provider of industrial automation, transportation and controls technology, serving as global president of the products group. He also held a number of senior leadership roles in the automation control division at Honeywell.

Mr. Goodarzi earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering at the University of Central Florida and a master's degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Scott David Cook (born 1952) is an American billionaire businessman, the co-founder of Intuit, director since March 1983 and chairman of the executive committee. Cook is also a director of eBay and Procter & Gamble.

Marianna oversees Intuit’s technology strategy and leads all of Intuit’s product engineering, data science, information technology and information security teams worldwide, harnessing advanced technology that helps power prosperity for our customers and partners around the world.

With more than twenty-five years of experience, Marianna joined Intuit in 2017 to lead product development for the Small Business and Self-Employed Group, responsible for Intuit’s QuickBooks product family. Previously, she served as executive vice president of Strategic Development at Docker, developing strategic partnerships and expanding its product portfolio and open source platform. Prior to Docker, she held engineering leadership roles at VMware, Ariba, and General Magic, working at the forefront of significant technology transformations, including virtualization, cloud, and DevOps.

At the beginning of her career, Marianna served as Captain for Computer Center R&D in the Israeli Army. She earned a B.S. in computer science from Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, and has coursework toward an M.S. in computer science and brain research from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel.

Laura Fennell is executive vice president, general counsel and secretary, leading Intuit's legal, corporate affairs, information and physical security, privacy, and data services teams. Before joining Intuit in April 2004, Fennell served as Sun Microsystems' vice president of corporate legal resources and acting general counsel, directing the company's legal staff of more than 250 people. During 11 years at Sun, she was also responsible for the company's corporate and securities law compliance and the Office of the Secretary of the Board of Directors. Previously, Fennell was an associate attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, where her practice included public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, private financings and public and private company representation. She sits on the board of directors of the Children's Discovery Museum of San Jose, providing learning and discovery opportunities for children, families and schools. Fennell earned her law degree from Santa Clara University and received her bachelor's degree in business administration from California State University, Chico.

Anton Hanebrink is an Exec VP/Chief Corporate Strategy & Development Officer at INTUIT INC and is based in San Francisco, California. He has worked as Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Development at INTUIT INC, Associate at ABN AMRO, and Senior VP/Chief Dev Ofcr at INTUIT INC.
