BGS Military Commercial Derivative Aircraft Maintenance (MCDA) Engineering team is seeking a Support Integration Associate Specialist to support maintenance engineering integration for MCDA programs to include KC-46, VC-25B, P-8 and E-7. The candidate will be working as part of an integrated team providing support for maintenance engineering and technical publications and will report to the Boeing Global Services (BGS) engineering function. The position will be based in Tukwila, WA.
Primary responsibilities include:
Support planning and technical Integration of the maintenance engineering data sources, schedule, deliverables and metrics
Support multiple Statements of Work (SOWs) within Maintenance Engineering
Support the Basis of Estimates (BOEs) development for multiple proposals by coordinating with stakeholders to capture their input for management review and submittal
Support various initiatives and efficiency projects as required
Perform integration planning efforts for maintenance engineering as required
Support brown/green rooms to coordinate Engineering Tracking and Control (ETAC) events for data interfaces
Collaborate with the maintenance engineering and technical publications teams as well upstream and downstream teams to facilitate project completion.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
2+ years project management experience
1+ years supporting initiatives
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications/Desired Skills (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with ETAC tool for tracking hand-offs
Experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
Experience working with technical data to include engineering drawings and specifications
