Candidates should have experience in building and executing end-to-end public affairs campaigns, managing partnerships with aligned external policy and advocacy organizations, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to drive policy outcomes on behalf of Intuit's customers. This position will serve as part of the GCAPP team, reporting to the Director of Global Public Affairs and working directly with colleagues on our Legal, Compliance, and Policy, Consumer Platform, and Platform teams. This is a hybrid role with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our Washington, DC office. Responsibilities * Partner closely across Intuit's GCAPP team and Intuit's business units to manage federal/state/local public affairs strategies, including strategic alliances, third-party outreach, and amplification of the company's messaging to help shape specific legislative, legal, and regulatory debates that advance customer-focussed policy priorities - particularly around tax administration, tax preparation, consumer financial services, and AI. * Work closely with Public Affairs Creative and Digital Strategist to manage public affairs consultants and creative agencies to produce written and creative content driving towards positive policy outcomes. * Work with government relations partners to manage third-party outreach including working through trade associations and coalitions, where appropriate, to create a policy environment that helps our financial services customers thrive. * Lead customer and policymaker education programs like the Intuit "More with AI Tour" to advance awareness of AI policy, promote its responsible use, and make sure Intuit's small business customers have the tools they need to compete. * Responsible for driving end-to-end federal/state/local public affairs processes, supporting development of strategies and resource planning, tracking all activities, and leading weekly working team meetings related to the Consumer Group and Platform Policy portfolio. * Plan and execute virtual and in-person events to showcase Intuit's public affairs platform with senior policymakers and policy experts, including the company's public policy positions around tax and AI policy, and its commitment to powering prosperity around the world. Qualifications * Candidates must have a minimum of 5-10 combined years of experience on political campaigns, in government work, or in public affairs and/or public relations with a major corporation, an agency and/or trade association. * Experience working on political campaigns or in capitals - in the US or international - is preferred. * Bachelor's degree required. * Project and program management skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail preferred. * Third party relationship building and campaign management experience highly preferred. * Event management experience, including creativity in building experiential learning. * Track record of success leading multiple assignments in their craft. * Ability to distill key messages and present them in a compelling and visually interesting way. About the Role This role will support one or more direct or indirect contracts with the U.S. Federal Government which, due to federal government security requirements, mandates that all Workday personnel working on the contracts be United States citizens (naturalized or native). Workday is expanding into the US Government air-gapped classified cloud environment. We are looking for a Principal Cybersecurity Engineer to help build out the team, technology, and processes to support cybersecurity in this new environment. You will be our Cyber Defense presence in the air-gapped network and will be part of a team responsible for all cybersecurity functions such as vulnerability management, incident response, threat hunting, and threat detection. You will work closely with the customers and with our Cyber Defense teams to ensure consistency across environments and develop best practices in this exciting environment. About You Basic Qualifications * This position requires a TS/SCI with CI polygraph security clearance. Applicants must already possess a valid and active TS/SCI with CI polygraph security clearance. * 10+ years of experience in Software Development or Devops within Cyber Security or Software Engineering or Public Cloud Platform Engineering. * 2+ years of hands-on technical leadership experience. * Experience deploying, monitoring, and managing systems in the AWS or Microsoft Top Secret clouds. * BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent job experience. Other Qualifications * Strong understanding of platform, application, and cloud security fundamentals. * Familiarity with containerized applications and their security considerations * Demonstrated knowledge of adversary TTPs (Tactics, Techniques and Procedures). * Deep understanding of network and application security threats, attack techniques, and mitigation options. * Experience managing vulnerability scans and effectively prioritizing actions for system owners. * Experience building and maintaining investigation and/or response tools. * Experience with SIEM and SOAR security technologies and solutions. * Experience with hunting techniques. * Able to work independently and coordinate activities across multiple teams. * Ability to drive multiple projects and priorities while managing operational responsibilities. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, building positive relationships with partner organizations. Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
