The role is responsible for stewarding our Enterprise Finance, Legal and Privacy Tech Portfolio and driving the delivery of transformational change by providing leadership and direction to our program delivery team. **Responsibilities** + Drive delivery of a cross functional portfolio of programs composed of our most critical platform/growth initiatives + Lead and develop a team of high caliber program managers, creating an environment where they can do the best work of their lives + Partner with the extended PMO leadership team to establish consistent best practices for program delivery + Become an established leader within your portfolio partners' cross-functional leadership team + Continuously improve the operating framework that enables our organization to achieve its goals + Provide an informed point of view on our platform strategy + Influence and contribute to our annual and quarterly planning, budgeting and resource allocation + Mitigate risk and solve problems through innovative ideas and solutions + Demonstrate all Intuit values + Be a leader/teacher who role models leadership and domain expertise **Qualifications** + 10+ years of experience in Program Management and 5+ years of experience managing teams in a technology environment specifically focus + Strong technology background, preferably direct software development experience + Strong program management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, lead long-term programs, and to manage multiple programs simultaneously within a program portfolio + Demonstrated experience connecting disparate groups across an organization to accelerate outcomes + Experience attracting, hiring and developing top talent + Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders + Bachelor's Degree required (science, project management, or business administration) + PMP certification preferred + Demonstrated success in leading Finance Transformation and Strategy programs, with deep expertise across Source to Pay (S2P), Record to Report (R2R), and other core finance technology domains. + Proven track record of defining, structuring, and delivering complex strategic initiatives, including ERP Cloud upgrades, SaaS implementations, and large-scale modernization programs that enable business growth and operational excellence. + Broad understanding of enterprise application portfolios across Finance, Legal, and Privacy, with familiarity in systems such as Oracle ERP, Coupa, BlackLine, Highradius, Ironclad or similar platforms. + Experience leading custom-built initiatives focused on enhancing user experiences for employees, suppliers, and customers, leveraging AI and Agentic AI-based solutions to drive automation, efficiency, and accuracy. + Exceptional program management and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive delivery excellence across global finance, privacy, legal and other technology organizations.
