Clusters of smart people that you enjoy working with.

Cons of working at Intuitive Surgical

Recently top level management has lost track of what's happening in lower levels where bunch of bozos are being hired into leadership roles and push smart people out.

Stocks (no longer as it's lost 30% value in a good economy!!!)
