This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. Successful candidates will support research, modeling, analysis, and writing tasks that help solve climate change through the management of physical CO2. Lead Product Designer
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer who can work across multiple teams and levels of the organization. You will guide product vision, set the direction for complex systems, and drive high quality design from early concept through delivery. This role is both strategic and hands on. You will work with executives, partner closely with product and engineering leaders, and collaborate with squads to bring clear, scalable, user centered experiences to life.

Who You Are
6-10 years of experience designing complex, user-facing products
Proficient with Figma

Skilled in systems thinking and information architecture
Able to work in both structured enterprise environments and fast moving startup conditions.
Strategic, hands-on, and growth-minded

Compensation
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation is determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The base salary range for this role in the United States is $160,000 - 177,500. This role is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 15% of base salary, based on individual and company performance.
In addition to base pay and bonus eligibility, this role includes clear forms of additional compensation, such as:
A monthly Connectivity Plus stipend of $150 to support remote work-related expenses
