The Opportunity

As the company continues to grow, we are seeking an Inventory Analyst. This position is accountable for managing assigned inventories through daily, weekly, monthly and annual physical counts. The Inventory Analyst organizes and partners in conducting periodic inventory counts, adjusts quantities and locations, records and reports discrepancies to management while maintaining communication with supported internal customers. Will be the leader in ensuring frequent inventory reconciliation between the warehouse WMS system, SAP system and Financial Ledger. This position is located in Memphis, TN.

The Responsibilities

Lead Finished Goods and Spare Parts inventory reconciliation. Ensure frequent inventory syncs between warehouse WMS system and Financial Ledger.Investigate inventory variances stemming from cut-lines, pick errors, cycle count, etc.Document, identify, and analyze gaps in inventory processes.Assist with facilitating cycle counting process.Make inventory adjustments upon approval by established hierarchy.Record and track inventory accuracy for weekly KPI reporting.Perform month-end close preparations and transactions.Ensure all inventory, transaction, reconciliation, IDoc errors, etc. are corrected and complete prior to month end close.Assist in the training of new Material Handlers on shipping and receiving procedures as they relate to inventory transactions.Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

The Individual

High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of related experience or Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience with managing inventory.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency to complete tasks on time.Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and your internal customers.Basic computer skills i.e. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).SAP experience is required.Ability to work in a team environment.5-10% travel required (local warehouse).

Inventory Analyst responsibilities include the oversight of warehouse inventory and day-to-day inventory operations. This role will be responsible for helping manage our Customer/Government furnished inventory (CFM/GFM), while also playing a key role in the daily receiving, audit, and induct (RAI) process. Individual will monitor and record standard inventory metrics, load and review monthly cycle counts, and help oversee general warehouse operations.

**Full-time onsite: Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time**

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ 2-4 years of logistics/supply chain experience

+ Bachelor's degree in business-oriented field

+ Proficient within the Microsoft Office suite of products

+ Detail orientated and knows when to prioritize urgent tasks

+ Ability to lift/maneuver parts and packages over 50 lbs

The Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst II is primarily responsible for assisting in the operation and administration of clinical information systems, collaborating with clinical and technical associates to enhance workflow methodology and tools. Support responsibilities include application support of medium to high complexity for acute and non-acute care clinical applications for a large, multi-regional healthcare system; provides incident, change and problem management support following the outlined ITIL processes. This position must possess sufficient detailed healthcare knowledge and systems expertise to support assigned clinical application(s). This position requires the ability to work with minimal supervision. This position is exempt.

Collaborate with Clinical Informatics colleagues across the enterprise to drive strategic goals and vision for the department and CHRISTUS Health

Collaborate with Clinical Informatics colleagues to focus on standardized best practice workflow processes and clinical content to ensure alignment across all ministries in order to create efficiencies that improve patient safety

Collaborate with technical colleagues to help identify any infrastructure related issues that have resulted in clinical application issues

Develop, test, implement, support, and maintain assigned clinical applications, solutions and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements

Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with other people, both individually and in groups

Demonstrate sound understanding of clinical practice as it pertains to the integration of clinical information systems and impact on end users

Assist in reporting any identified clinical information systems compliance issues/concerns and escalate utilizing proper chain of command

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of clinical/technical application experience in lieu of degree, strongly preferred Strong knowledge of clinical information systems, clinical informatics, data management and administration Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office products Excellent verbal and written skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as a member of a team Preferred 3-5 years previous clinical information systems experience or equivalent Valid Driver's License Epic certification/accreditation/self-proficiency preferred (may be required to certify in relevant application within first 6 months of hire) Note: Once achieved, must be maintained.
