Coordinate the execution and recording of counts, the validation of various inventory processes and reporting of key quality performance indicators. Identify and carry out audit spot checks, resolve and correct for discrepancies related to the IC and QA functions.
Job Description
Work with supervisor to allocate assignments to IC reps, IC specialists and auditors each day, including but not limited to Assist supervisor in monitoring task allocation during the day and adjust as necessary Assist supervisor in monitoring execution of tasks by individuals. Assist supervisor in identification and input of counts and customer loads into handhelds/iPads Assist supervisor with training ICQA Reps, Specialists and AuditorsConduct cycle count of assigned pick slots and reserve slots (inventory locations) per handheld device as necessary and identify sample spot checks of floor count checks (audits) and execute as necessary Coordinate the handling of obsolete and at risk inventory (vendor returns, donations, recalls) to include: identifying, communicating, adjusting and validating product Capture KQI information and communicate to ICQA reporting & analysis team Reserve aisle rates - identify aisles requiring higher than average adjustments, review with Operations and agree actions to address Storage reconciliation - resolution of differences occurring on transfer between storage locations Determine resolution in event of order errors and ensure resolution is completed Communicate audit issues to supervisor/customer/operations as necessary Document all procedures and ensure procedures are followed Travel Required: No

• Three or more years of experience in a distribution center environment
• Two or more years of experience in a warehouse leadership role
• One year or more years of experience in inventory control

• Working experience in using a variety of complex programs and technical platforms

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, as well as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or warehouse management systems (WMS, ex: Oracle, SAP, Manhattan, Made4Net, NTS, etc.)

• Ability and Passion to learn new fulfillment methodologies - absorb new information and concepts quickly

We are looking for an energetic, technology-minded controls officer to help us drive cloud control designs and provide risk and controls support for the application stack that supports data warehousing consumption in the public cloud. This Information Security Management (ISM) role supports the Data & Analytics functions, including Data Science, regulatory reporting, and operational reporting, with a focus on controls to protect customer data.

At Chase, the ISMs perform the role of a "CISO" for their assigned businesses. They are trusted Risk Advisors who hold key positions within business leadership, enabling them to provide advice and ensuring the firm has the right Cybersecurity and Technology controls to meet its risk appetite. They help teams design great products that meet the needs of both the client and the firm.

In the role, you will partner with fellow ISMs and your aligned technology teams in security controls-focused interlock discussions across technology departments (e.g. software development teams, Chief Technology Office, and Global Technology Infrastructure) in support of cloud adoption, vulnerability management, regulatory & internal policy compliance, and controls-related process improvements. You will partner with subject matter experts across multiple technology domains, helping them design and communicate their controls within the public cloud to appropriately meet the control obligations of the firm to protect customer data, while enabling the business to make decisions using cloud technologies.

Data warehousing functions at the firm include, but are not limited to, data science, machine learning, reporting functions, ad hoc analytics, data governance and management - such as data classification and registration capabilities, business and technical data quality capabilities, business and technical metadata management and the appropriate usage of either type, and record retention and destruction implementation. Working knowledge of data warehousing concepts like ETL, data quality, big data, S3, Kubernetes, and/or design of user access models is required.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

+ Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts like ETL, relational databases, big data (Hadoop, S3, etc)

+ Knowledge of Public Cloud Infrastructure, Data Lakes/Data Warehousing, and Access Management concepts

+ Risk and Controls working experience, specifically in application controls

+ Experience with cloud computing (AWS), SDLC, database and API technologies and processes

+ Outstanding communication, facilitation, escalation skills

+ Responsive, energetic, analytical

+ Ability to collaborate on, and/or lead, ad hoc teams for control architecture and design

+ Experience translating firmwide policy or regulatory requirements into control design and definition for Software Engineers and Solutions Architects

+ Preferred/relevant certifications include AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Security Specialist, or CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CCSP
