* Preparation of daily reports including analysis of production and shipping reports.
* Research of recorded inventory adjustments and inventory shrink issues for determination of cause.
* Routine receipt and shipping audits.
* Monthly coordination of physical inventories.
* Develop, implement and manage proper inventory control procedures and processes to ensure inventory accuracy.
* Examine, recommend and implement systems, controls, procedures and policies that improve inventory efficiency and accountability.
* Supervise the daily cycle counting function and conduct causative analysis.
* Work collaboratively with a variety of departments.
* Keeps back order file in established sequence and releases back orders for issue or shipment as stock becomes available.
* Coordinates and researches product missing or placed in incorrect location.
* Directs and coordinates physical inventory.
* Audits and monitors cycle counts.
* Reviews files to determine unused items and recommends disposal of excess or damaged stock.
* Works with customer on inventory needs, recalls, and issues.
* Additional requirements include
* Associates Degree
* Four years’ experience in the supply-chain arena
* Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
* Availability to work different shifts and occasional to frequent overtime
* Must be willing and able to frequently stand, walk, crawl, climb, push, pull, kneel, bend and reach
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with our without reasonable assistance

* By implementing and driving the on-going functionality of the Syteline system, forecasting inventory through the SIOP process and lead inventory/planning meetings to assure the proper plan is driving MRP.
* ACHIEVES TACTICAL AND STRATEGIC GOALS RELATED TO INVENTORY MANAGEMENT By working cross-functionally with all business partners to ensure compliance with all business practices and KPI's while continually advocating and implementing business practices that will drive world-class inventory systems.
* This will also include the annual execution of the physical inventory reconciliation.
* MANAGES INVENTORY DOCUMENTATION Ensure the accurate recording (receiving and stocking) with respect to quality, quantity, type, etc. of inventory so company has clear visibility of availability of parts and items.
