Batching Inventory Coordinator

Individual will monitor and maintain current inventory levels, inbound purchase orders, preform physical inventory counts, prepare batching recipes for the batching team. They will also be using an ERP system to record, document and track ingredients.

Visual inspections with documentation are required for everything shipment received.

Ability to navigate around the warehouse in a safe manner, on and off the forklift.
Have the ability to find and perform tasks to ensure continuous work throughout shift.

Able to monitor team during operations and ensure everyone is following all company policies and procedures. Escalate any issues if necessary.

Handle chemicals according to proper safe handling procedures.

Housekeeping: maintain general housekeeping in all ingredient storage and staging areas. Keep work area clean at all times.
Ensure that all ingredients being used for a batch are clean and free from contaminants and damage.
Report and document all damaged raw materials.

Ensure assets for disposal are inventoried and chain of custody procedures are followed locally to handoff of approved Client disposal vendor

Movement of freight, inventory of goods, storage and maintenance of client products, pick & pack for various clients
Assist on site clientele as requested
Maintain a safe and clean facility
Enforce security protocols to safeguard facility, personnel, and contents within.
Logistics:
Assist in logistics operations including, but not limited to:
Ongoing training to learn operations, cost aspects of jobs and P&L impact
Customer service - receiving and answering calls from customers, trouble shoot and solve issues regarding in transit shipments, routing
Special Services:
Assist in Special Services operations including, but not limited to:
Provide support in on-site as well as off site projects and fulfillments
Assist in the supervision and interaction with temp labor when utilized for various functions and any other "outside the box" requirements associated with client requested projects
"Jump in" in all aspects of the operation when needed for vacation coverage, productivity needs and as other areas in an as needed basis
