    *NOT A REMOTE POSITION Individual will monitor and maintain current inventory levels, inbound purchase orders, preform physical inventory counts, prepare batching recipes for the batching team. They will also be using an ERP system to record, document and track ingredients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintaining an accurate count physical inventory. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to accurately get the correct and needed amount of each material for the batch in an accurate and timely manner. Must be computer literate as you will communicate within the department and with other departments daily via email. Must be able to cross reference the packing list and the physical product that was delivered. Strong sense of attention to detail is required. Must record all fields of information with 100% accuracy. Must be able to reconcile discrepancies within the physical and ERP system inventory. Must receive materials accurately and within a timely manner. Visual inspections with documentation are required for everything shipment received. Must be able to multitask and complete tasks within a shift If not able to complete assigned tasks it must be communicated where the time constraint did not give them the ability to complete the tasks. Ability to navigate around the warehouse in a safe manner, on and off the forklift. Have the ability to find and perform tasks to ensure continuous work throughout shift. Have the ability to find tasks for employees to ensure all team members have continuous work throughout shift. Able to monitor team during operations and ensure everyone is following all company policies and procedures. Escalate any issues if necessary. Understand and follow safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operation. Personal Protective Equipment is to be used where required. Operate forklift in safe and efficient manner. Stage/move/load/unload materials. Handle chemicals according to proper safe handling procedures.
