The Petroleum Inventory Specialist/Analyst (Terminal Financial Analyst) is responsible for providing financial and inventory oversight to their assigned locations. General Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the oversight of the Inventory Management systems, in an effort to eliminate corporate /customer exposure due to inventory losses. Prepare, review, and analyze inventory reconciliations, ensuring reconciling items are identified and corrected as necessary. Monitor overall expenditures; promote cost control/containment; advise terminal leadership on cost variances and cost-saving opportunities. Ensure correct coding and approvals of vendor invoices.
