Job Summary
The Coordinator will support the in-kind donations program, specifically including the daily unloading of in-kind donations (furniture, clothing, small accessories) from the personal vehicles of donors as well as from trucks that have picked up donations from across the region. You will also be responsible for assessing the quality of those donated items as they come in and keeping the warehouse organized and ready for visitors. This role also involves making sure that donors and clients have a positive experience when visiting our facility. Lastly, you will go on truck routes to pick up donations in the region and deliver furniture items. Please note that availability to work on Saturdays is a requirement for this position.
Essential functions-primary responsibilities
Receive donations at our Center for Community Service, unload vehicles, and interact with donors and record donor demographic information.
Sort and organize donations in the warehouse as well as assessing the quality of donations.
Assist truck drivers as a "co-pilot," helping with navigation and backing up trucks
Go into donors homes to safely and efficiently remove donations to bring back to the center
Load client vehicles with furniture items with care and attention.
Ability to work in different climate conditions.
Direct donor and client vehicles in the parking lot to ensure smooth traffic flow

Responsibilities
* Oversee warehouse operations.
* Overseeing inventory specialists and technicians in absence of the manager.
* Controls the receipt, storage, disposition, destruction and shipping of GMP materials, including hazardous materials. Responsible for shipping regulated material and will be required to maintain appropriate certification (provided by DOD) as a shipper of regulated materials (i.e., DOT certification, IATA certification, etc.).

EPSI Worx is currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Inventory Clerk to join our team. As a Warehouse Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient management of inventory in a cold/chill environment. Your primary responsibility will be to check in drivers who have completed their routes, verify returned products, and ensure that all company property is accounted for. The clerk will collaborate with various departments to maintain food safety protocols and handle delivery exceptions appropriately.
Responsibilities:
Receive and check in drivers who have completed their routes, ensuring that products are returned, invoices are signed by customers, and all company property such as pallets and totes are accounted for.
Identify missed collections and promptly notify Credit Services for necessary action.
Coordinate with Food Safety personnel to ensure that all food safety protocols are followed during product returns and promptly address any related issues.
Note all delivery exceptions on the invoice and/or delivery exception report for further processing and resolution.
Inspect returned products to determine their restocking appropriateness. Assess whether customers are eligible for credit or replacement.
Decide and adjust the appropriate reason code on the invoice to facilitate efficient processing of returns. Additionally, code damaged or inferior products with the appropriate damage code and write it on the damaged case.
Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of pallet jack and/or forklift experience REQUIRED!
Proficient in writing routine reports and correspondence.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Capable of speaking effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Must be able to work from Evening Shift
Must be able to work in a cold/chill environment. Temperatures could be as low as 37 degrees.
