We are NOW HIRING an experienced Jewelry Inventory Clerk for our Corporate Office in Atlanta. The pay rate is $24 per hour. This is a full-time position.
The duties and responsibilities:
Process, track and review inventory with efficiency and high level of accuracy through the Inventory Tracking System (The Edge).
Maintain a strict and organized inventory.
Handle inventory processes: Receiving, Tagging, Assembling, and more.
Uphold accuracy, consistency, and quality of standards through information sources, reference guides, gem identification/grading, weight estimation, pricing, performance metrics and system information.
Perform quality assurance inspections of loose diamonds, sapphires and other colored gemstones, and melee to maintain an optimized, high-quality, consistent product.
Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
Distributing or stocking merchandise.
Other various tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ Years of Jewelry Experience.
Operations and/or administrative experience required with Inventory/POS.
Inventory/supply chain experience in a retail, or e-commerce environment preferred.
Highly organized with focus on execution, problem solving, and improving processes.
Exceptional time management skills and accountability.
Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment.
Microsoft Office Suite experience needed.

The joint venture plans to invest $5 billion to build an EV battery cell plant in Bartow County, Georgia. Hyundai Motor Group and SK On will each hold a 50 percent stake in the joint venture.

Job Description
The Senior Surgical Inventory Specialist coordinates all inventory activities for the Surgery Department. * Coordinates and utilizes Workday and Tecsys systems to ensure that distribution, inventory, receiving and departmental files and reports are managed accordance with Auditing, Accounting, and other regulatory agency requirements.

As an Operations Specialist - Omni you'll be responsible for the operational execution within the Pet Care Center with specific focus on our Omni channel, through the lens of Petco's vision of "Healthier Pets. Happier People. Better World." You'll ensure the efficient execution of all Omni channel processes such as Ship from Store (SFS) operations to ensure consistency with product picking, packaging, & shipping in the Pet Care Center. This role is responsible for a reduction in time spent on SFS operations due to an increased familiarity and process efficiencies. You'll assist in the receiving of merchandise & supplies to and from the store and to ensure that all merchandise & supplies are accurately stocked, and provide guest service, as necessary. This job is composed of a variety of different tasks which may be covered by operational guidelines, and while individual judgment may occasionally be required in order to complete assigned tasks, some questions are directed the Leader on Duty.

* Coordination with Pet Care Center/Field partners to ensure actual fixturing, floor plan setup, stocking and SFS equipment is completed according to plan and if changes are made that they are properly communicated.
* Communicate with the Pet Care Center Leaders upon completion of day on any remaining unfinished orders, SFS WIMR screen correction information for the Pet Care Center to complete at end of day.

+ The Materials Team Leader will supervise and coordinate all plant warehouse functions. + This role includes direct supervision of warehouse employees, physical control of all warehouse inventories, timely procurement and optimization of parts and equipment, preparation of material requisitions, and maintaining records/documentation to verify material procurement, receipt, and payment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Supervise and coordinate all plant warehouse functions.
+ Direct supervision of warehouse employees.
+ Physical control of all warehouse inventories.
+ Timely procurement and optimization of parts and equipment.
+ Preparation of material requisitions and maintaining records/documentation.
+ Serve as the primary contact between plant personnel and the materials department.
+ Reduce unnecessary or excessive inventory carrying costs.
+ Minimize loss of unit availability due to parts shortages.
+ Conduct commodity data review activities in the Maximo Inventory and Materials Management system.
+ Coordinate inventory activities with plant personnel and management.
+ Support corporate material initiatives including inventory reporting, analysis, and reconciliation activities.
+ Ensure compliance with Corporate and Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines, local policies, self-assessments, auditing, and any present or future requirements of the Playbook related to materials management.
+ Procure local purchases including tracking orders and research as required.
+ Act as the primary contact between plant personnel, the Materials Department, and Supply Chain Management.
+ Analyze reorder reports daily.
+ Review and optimize stocking levels by manufacturer and unit/equipment.
+ Ensure review of 20% of inventory by System Owners every year.
+ Coordinate vendor alliances and stocking programs.
+ Maintain inventory level accuracy through cycle counts, researching variances, and making corrective measures.
+ Identify criticality of stock items and manage inventory parameters.
+ Standardize new commodity additions and existing commodity information.
+ Manage vehicle fuel inventory and accounting.
+ Monitor returns to stock of special project material.
+ Coordinate system and company sales and purchases.
+ Coordinate vendor alliances, stocking, and restocking programs.
+ Support and promote Safety, Compliance, Customer Service, and Team initiatives in the workplace.
+ Champion materials/compliance initiatives and model "Our Values" in all areas of materials management and compliance.
**Qualifications:**
+ Superior leadership and interpersonal skills.
+ Extensive knowledge of Maximo & the Enterprise Solutions suite of applications.
+ Experience in inventory management, control, and purchasing procedures.
+ Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
+ Extensive knowledge of Warehouse financial compliance requirements - SOX.
+ Understanding of O&M and Capital budgeting.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Understanding of auditing principles and techniques.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality relative to information about vendors and cost.
+ Knowledge of procedures associated with chemicals and hazardous waste.
+ Ensure compliance with materials management and compliance requirements.
+ Coordinate with the Planning Department to provide material consistent with needs.
+ Requisition and expedite orders as needed.
+ Monitor and track plant repairable/rotating asset inventory items.
+ Submit quarterly expenditure documentation for Financial Self-Assessments.
+ Prepare inventory exception submittals to Supply Chain Management.
+ Complete special projects and information requests.
+ Assist with the coordination of vendor alliances and stocking programs.

**Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree preferred.
