Summary
Our Merchandisers work in local stores to keep Coca-Cola products fully stocked on the shelves. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining product availability and merchandising products at all designated accounts. This job description does not include all job duties associated with this position.
Responsibilities
Maintains product in Store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by identifying replenishment needs;
Transporting product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment (for example, pallet jack, hand-truck)
Utilizing hand tools
Replenishing, facing, and rotating product
Building, changing, and taking down product displays
Maintaining product signage
Cleaning product space
Securing damaged or defective product.
Manages backroom by organizing and consolidating backstock (product);
Identifying, monitoring, and reporting backstock inventory levels
Evaluating and processing damaged or defective product
Re-packing product
Organizing backroom materials (for example, pallets, product shells); operating powered equipment (for example, straddle stacker, powered pallet jack) and manual equipment (for example, pallet jack); completing Store documentation; and cleaning backroom.
Maintains areas of responsibility in designated accounts by communicating status and concerns to Store and Company personnel
Identifying and reporting unsafe working conditions
Attending and completing Company training and certifications
Following Company and Store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety
Following applicable local, state, and federal laws
Utilizing a mobile device to complete work activities

Provides customer service to Consumers and Store personnel by identifying and resolving concerns

Physical Requirements:

Ability to repetitively push and pull manual transport equipment (for example, pallet jack, hand-truck) containing product loads a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to exert oneself physically over sustained periods to complete job activities.
Ability to read the information in small, medium, and large print.
Ability to stand a minimum of 6 hours during the workday.

The Infection Control Coordinator position oversees the infection control program at Gracedale Nursing Home. Work includes determining the presence and cause of infections, analyzing individual patient care, and facility patterns of care.

This position is responsible for the supervision of other infection control employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION
Develops and revises policies and procedures for facility staff on issues such as universal precaution and isolation care. Uses and adapts Federal agency and other guidelines, ensuring goals and objectives are still met, and submits plan for review to higher level nursing and administrative staff, then implements.
Monitors resident records and conducts audits - i.e. making visits throughout the facility to observe activities, storage of materials, and how work is being carried out. Prepares notes and submits reports of findings.
Receives notices of any resident receiving antibiotics. Investigates each case, identifying the nature of infection, location, and other relevant facts. Determines any apparent systemic issue to be addressed. Prepares reports of these findings and conclusions.
Oversees residents with indwelling catheters, prepares reports, makes recommendations, and takes appropriate actions.
Receives culture reports and records the presence of any infections, tracing the source of the specimen to determine the source of the infection. Takes corrective measures or refers for medical or other action.
Coordinates facility response to major outbreaks of infections and arranges testing of all residents, visitors, employees, and others who may have been exposed. Advises applicable State agency of reportable situations, facility response, and results within scope of practice. Performs other duties in this regard such as conduct testing and reporting for both residents and staff with influenza, pneumonia, COVID-19, Tuberculosis, other unforeseen pandemic circumstances, or drug dependence.

Evaluate and investigate for any inventory discrepancies
Monitor inventory throughout entire manufacturing process flow
Track and monitor inventory movements between integrated WMS and ERP systems
Count production WIP inventory items daily
Count and track "Non-Inventory" items daily
Responsible for reporting and following up on any observation that may impact associate safety and/or product Quality and Food Safety
Perform inspections of forklifts and other lift equipment and report any deficiencies
Assist with warehouse tasks listed - receive, pick, load, and correctly store all inbound materials and outbound finished products
Maintain required GMPs and sanitation levels
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent
Six months work experience in warehousing operation using forklifts
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
Able to operate a computer or tablet and utilize the basic standard desktop systems
Nice to Have
2+ years of experience operating forklift or other powered industrial equipment
Experience using ERP/WMS tools (SAP, Oracle, Parity Factory)
Experience in food manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of HACCP and GMPs
OSHA approved Forklift Certification

Physical Demands: lifting and lowering up to 50 pounds, reaching, standing, walking, stooping, crawling, twisting, repetitive motions, working in high elevations (above 6 feet)
Ability to work with allergens and chemicals that might be present in food environment
Ability to work in hot (60℉ to 100℉), cold (-20℉ to 60℉), noisy, dusty, and wet environmental working conditions

Job Description
THE POSITION
As a Shipping/Facilities Associate, you will primarily work in the Shipping department but also support the ESH/Facilities Specialist in assisting with duties for the Snowdrift Road building internally and externally.
Shipping Associate
Primary duty is to utilize SAP to process data uploaded to the computer for product that needs to be packed.
Pack individual or master cartons per customer/warehouse requirements while maintaining accurate counts.
Operate packaging equipment used to support packaging process.
Palletize, label, weigh and wrap outbound shipments.
Accurately pick and count product from storage locations for production and/or shipping.
Maintain a clean working environment utilizing the 5S program.
Use a handheld RF device as needed.
Operate pallet jack for shipment fulfillment.
Follow all safety and OSHA guidelines to ensure all safety requirements are met.
Perform all other activities as directed by your supervisor.
Facilities Associate
Assist with minor repairs, installations, or removal of equipment or furniture.
Update/maintain work orders.
Assist with minor facility cosmetic installations, repairs, or upgrades.
Assist in maintaining facility operations and security.
Assist with building systems management (i.e., sprinkler system)..
Assist with internal audit checklist for maintenance of housekeeping, landscaping, and needed repair services.
Ensure all work and maintenance is completed to meet the standards of the company, local, state, and federal requirements.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must be comfortable working on levels 12-35ft. in the air.
