Attention to detail and precision in work is one of the top requirements. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of safety standards and practices in the construction industry. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in carpentry is preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience with custom door and window fabrication.
