Maintain accurate shipping documentation, load manifests, and system updates from picking through shipment. Communicate with carriers and drivers regarding dock assignments, delays, and load issues; escalate exceptions as needed. Serve as the final quality checkpoint to ensure shipment accuracy before product leaves the facility. Partner with Customer Service and internal teams (Receiving, Repack, Quality) to resolve shipment changes and ensure proper routing. Audit paperwork, perform inventory and trailer loading audits, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and warehouse capacity. Follow SOPs and safety protocols, support facility security, cross-train in other clerk functions, and assist with special projects as assigned. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. 2-3 years of shipping or receiving experience preferred. Proficiency with basic math and Microsoft 365. Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and manage changing priorities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with strong attendance. Physically able to work in a warehouse environment, lift up to 35 lbs., and be comfortable around forklifts. Flexible to work overtime and weekends as business needs require.
