Join Our Team as an Inventory Specialist at Charleston International Airport! The Inventory Specialist oversees inventory control for our retail stores within Charleston International Airport, ensuring accurate stock management, timely replenishment and compliance with company standards. This role is responsible for executing inventory procedures, resolving discrepancies, and analyzing data to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce shrinkage, and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and other inventory management systems; ensure real-time stock visibility across assigned locations.
* Conduct scheduled cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventories; reconcile variances and report discrepancies to the Retail Inventory Manager.

Oversee and problem-solve issues associated with inventory accuracy, parts issuing, shipping, receiving, stocking, material handling, and equipment
Responsible for warehouse operations of Technical and Non-Technical inventory
Perform data entry into the company inventory system to include locating, issuing, receiving, shipping of materials, warehousing of supplies, tools, and materials
Collaborate with Maintenance Operations Control (MOC) for movement of inventory, tooling, and special equipment for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery
Monitor and update stock items, minimum and maximum stock levels, and coordinate stock level adjustments with Maintenance, Purchasing, and/or other departments within the company
Perform inventory audits, inspections, inventory reconciliations, and maintain compliance with the General Maintenance Manual (GMM)
Conduct physical inventory, ensuring adherence to minimum and maximum stock levels
Work in conjunction with Maintenance and Quality departments to complete calibrated tooling, Shelf-Life audits, and replacements for monthly regulatory compliance
Perform periodic receiving inspection functions as assigned to by Quality Control
Prepare Hazmat material shipments in accordance with International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations
Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance Planning to prepare fleet modification kits
Other duties as assigned by the Manager of Materials

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
1 yr minimum experience with data entry or inventory management
Strong technical and analytical background to provide TRAX, Excel, and other reports
Must possess a valid Driver's License and a driving record that meets Breeze Airways standards
Ability to drive company vehicles, trucks, forklifts, and other Ground Service Equipment (GSE)
Pass Materials and the General Maintenance Manual (GMM) training courses
Pass and ship Dangerous Goods (DG) International Air Transport Association (IATA) and ground course and maintain recurrent training for both certifications

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Technician is responsible for monitoring inventory and enforcing all material handling standard operating procedures, assisting with physical inventory counts, receiving and tracking Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) inventory of data modems (ONTs), Wi-Fi gateways and mesh units as well as miscellaneous installation materials. This position will also be responsible for picking, assigning and staging new equipment for field techs to pick up and for cleaning, testing and redeployment of returned customer equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspect, verify and receive material into the warehouse.
Document material transactions into WMS system, including receiving Purchase Orders.
Communicate clearly and effectively with multiple departments and leadership.
Store, pick, package and issue material.
Create, edit, and monitor orders requested using WMS system and fulfill within 24 hours.
Restock and rotate material using FIFO (first in first out) processes.
Update team on material shortages.
Receives CPE returns and moves thru the various refurbishing statuses including cannibalization when appropriate.
Occasionally provides pickup, delivery, and loading/unloading of CPE, materials, and equipment by safely operating fleet vehicles.
Full physical counts and recurring cycle counts.
Manually loads and unloads deliveries and daily pick-ups.
Schedule pickups with freight carriers.
Inform contacts of order status.
Report submissions.
Warehouse organization and cleaning.
Continued education and training of WMS system.
Ensure that regulatory compliance requirements are met.
Address and resolve any shipment or delivery errors. Document errors before signing and returning carrier copy.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
