HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: As an Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers both internally and externally through our warehouse. This is a high pace environment with a high inventory turn rate. You will be responsible for operating technical equipment, optimizing loading for efficient logistics and supporting other warehouse functions to ensure optimal operation of the business according to the Inventory Manager s instructions. Pick, wrap and stage orders to be shipped. Participate in cycle counts. Participate in inventory audits. Load and unload trailers with forklift. Tag, check, and put away inventory both in and outside of warehouse. Support our internal and external customers. Keep control of inventory through paperwork, computers, and RF scanners. Cleaning of warehouse and area of property involving inventory. Use wireless RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory. Conduct Cycle Count on inventory to ensure accuracy. A high regard for safety in the workplace. EDUCATION: High School Graduate or equivalent. SKILLS: 1 + years experience in Operating forklift and order pickers. 1 + years experience in inventory / warehousing. PHYSICAL & MENTAL ENVIRONMENT: Majority of time spent standing on hard surface, with substantial amount of pushing, pulling, and lifting. Position requires ability to frequently lift objects up to 75 lbs., perform mechanical/ installation skills and hand-eye coordination skills, walk, and stand for prolonged periods, see objects closely, and hear normal sounds with some background noises.
