Job Summary: Responsible for the accuracy of inventory for materials supplied to manufacturing processes through tracking and document inventory levels, maintaining accurate documentation, reporting trends and discrepancies, and ordering supplies when necessary.
Essential Functions
Perform cycle counts and spot audits of all materials based on established system.
Maintain accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the Operations teams have the materials they need when the need them. Responsible for answering inventory inquiries in a timely manner.
Research inventory discrepancies and submit accurate inventory and bin location reports.
Assist in determining root causes on inventory discrepancies and help implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive errors.
Perform quality checks on incoming and stored inventory. Disposition material that does not meet standards as directed.
Coordinate the logistics of inter-business transfers.
Follow all safety rules and regulations.
Maintain clean and organized work and storage areas.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Work closely with production and shipping departments to coordinate inventory needs and ensure smooth operations.
* Support other production and warehouse functions as needed.

Required Skills:
* Prior inventory experience required. Experience with Warehouse Management Software preferred.
* Proficient in basic math, counting and basic math equations.
* Strong verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills; interaction with a variety of skill and experience levels within the organization.
* Comfortable looking up information in various databases (training provided).
* Ability to use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel).
* Ability to complete tasks accurately as assigned with a sense of urgency.
* Prior forklift operator experience preferred OR must be willing to be trained and certified to operate a forklift.

The Dishwasher duties include: Ensures the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware; Prepares dish area and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking; Unloads and stores deliveries as needed; Sweeps and mops floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled; Takes out the trash and rinses garbage cans; Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies; Other duties as requested by manager.
The Line Cook duties include: Maintains food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils; Manages sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas; Reads food orders and/or receives verbal instructions required and prepares orders quickly and accurately; Cleans and restocks station at the beginning and end of each shift, preps additional items as necessary; Ensures prepared food meets quality and quantity requirements; Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies; other duties as requested by management.
The Prep Cook duties include: Prepares foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions; Prepares food of consistent quality with recipe cards and production and portion standards; Cleans and sanitizes station at beginning and end of shift which may include light dishwashing; Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies; other duties as requested by management.

If vending machines are on-site, stock the PPE vending machine(s) 1x or 2x per week
Update the on-hand inventory using the touchscreen keypad
Perform basic troubleshooting on the PPE vending machine(s)
Regular communication via email or text message with Stauffer account manager and Stauffer vending coordinator

Follow all safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements
