Operational Excellence: Strong stockroom expertise to prevent inventory loss and ensure all stockroom organizational and safety standards are maintained. Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate results and insights to store leadership. Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to quickly pivot due to rapidly changing needs of the back of house.
