Inventory Control

Collaborates with FC Manager on results of their Cycle count an Audit prep
Knows and understands all inventory statuses, all inventory screens and count reports in ILS. Knows and understands how to use Scale / Scale Utilities / Power BI to track inventory history.
Perform electronics cycle counts (security cage, all TV's, and tractors) on a weekly basis.
Performs perpetual inventory on a daily basis, ensuring the entire warehouse is counted weekly.
Work the Pick Sequence Verification report weekly (Aging inventory-to insure 1st in 1st out).
Immediately reconciles all over and short discrepancies sent back from the stores.
Communicate all inventory discrepancies to the General Manager on a daily basis.
Coordinates with vendors and carriers and executes all Return to Vendor requests.
Follows written guidelines on how to correct count variances and investigate discrepancies.
Damages
Physically audits all damages and orders parts if needed.
Maintains inventory accuracy in the damage area and properly labels all items with rtoid and disposition.
Maintains a damage discount flyer to expedite scratch and dent items to stores

What you will be doing:
Conducts inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs
Compiles, verifies and reports daily and/or periodic statistical information aimed at detecting trends to improve and maintain the overall health of inventory
Researches variances to determine appropriate root cause whether process or behavior and logs the information for operational review
Counts and reconciles randomly chosen part numbers and/or locations
Assists in execution of projects as well, makes recommendations for process improvement to the appropriate leaders
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
Minimum 6 months related experience and/or training
Experience operating a forklift
PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to research, track issues through the WMS system and make logical conclusions as to the root cause of defects
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Must be able to accurately count and record key data in WMS or other systems
