Support team members in other assignments to meet operational goals and deadlines. Data & Reporting: Update inventory records, adjustments, and transfers in the ERP/WMS. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and relevant departments. Prepare standard inventory and warehouse activity reports as needed. Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. 2-3 years of inventory control or warehouse experience preferred. Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., Sage 300, NetSuite, or similar). Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on warehouse floors for extended periods. Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain). Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit, stand, and walk. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to ten pounds without assistance and at times up to 50 lbs. Working Conditions: Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment but may involve exposure to moderate noise levels from printers and other peripherals. The employee may be exposed to bright lights from product fixtures. Monday through Friday - 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
