Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, components, and finished goods
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
Monitor inventory movements including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments
Ensure inventory transactions are accurately recorded in Microsoft Dynamics
Investigate variances and work closely with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to resolve issues
Support production planning by ensuring material availability and accurate stock levels
Oversee inventory locations, labeling, and bin accuracy within the warehouse
Assist with physical inventories and audits as required
Identify process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and system efficiency
Ensure compliance with company procedures and manufacturing best practices
Required Qualifications
3+ years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Hands-on experience managing raw goods and finished goods
Strong working knowledge of inventory systems / ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics strongly preferred)
Solid understanding of inventory transactions, cycle counts, and reconciliation
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced manufacturing setting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work rotating shifts, including flexibility as operational needs change
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting

What This Role Is...
As a Pulling & Staging Associate, the primary function of this position is to pull and stage products for customer delivery and installation. The Pulling & Staging Associate is also responsible for providing support to the Service and Receiving Departments in pulling and putting away merchandise in our rack system for internal and external customers. What You'll Do...
As a Warehouse Pulling & Staging Associate, your primary responsibilities will be to:
Pull Merchandise from rack system and load to staging area for delivery and install
Utilize proper material handling techniques when pulling, staging, and receiving to minimize damage to merchandise and personal injuries
Use appropriate inventory practices to scan when pulling, loading, and putting away product
Examine products for damages, documents reasons for damages, and notifies a supervisor
Unload containers to be received, labeled, and put away to inventory
Put away merchandise into rack system from various distribution center departments

Key Performance Indicators (KPI) - What Success Looks Like
OSAT (Availibility) - Overall customer Satisfaction. POS surveys. Percentage of reward card customers rating their trip an 8, 9, or 10, on a 0-10 scale in the availability driver questions.
SMART - Store Inventory and Ordering mngt process audit. Scored on a 1-5, with 1 being a pass, 2-3 an opportunity and 4-5 a fail.
Renewals are excluded from audits.
Essential Responsibilities - What's Expected of Me

Creates an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated increasing confidence and loyalty. Performs daily and weekly store walks, audits and ensures reports are completed to confirm product in-stock conditions are at company standards.
FINANCIAL: 30%
Completes daily and weekly administrative tasks (communications, online training, etc.) Assists in the planning, and organizing of the inventory process. Ensures reclaim, transfers, discards, and date checks are handled to reduce shrink. Reviews and researches excessive back-stock to determine root cause and correct the data if needed.
LEADERSHIP: 15%
Promotes trust and respect among associates by collaborating, promoting teamwork,
and communicating company, department, and job specific information. Adheres to all local, state and federal laws, and company guidelines.
COMPLIANCE/SAFETY: 15%
Ensures company standards for safety, proper food handling practices, sanitation and productivity are maintained. Adheres to all regulatory compliance requirements pertaining to food safety, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) & Country of Origin Labeling (COOL), and Department of Agriculture (DOA). Executes all product recalls and withdrawals in a timely manner while ensuring all items are secured and removed from customer access.
Reinforces safety programs by complying with safety procedures and inspects and identifies unsafe conditions to report to store management. Notifies management of customer or employee accidents. Reports all safety risk, or issues, and illegal activity, including robbery, theft or fraud. Ensures adherence to wage and hour policies and regulations. Cultivates a culture of safety within the store. Ensures self and all associates are working safely and have received necessary safety training. Ensures Hazardous Assessments are posted for associate reference and that Personal Protective Equipment is available and utilized by all associates executing tasks within the department, as required. Ensures equipment is in good repair; reports and assists with remediation (ex. lock out/tag out of equipment) of safety hazards within the department.

The Role: Control Room Associate - PS ATL
The Control Room Associate is responsible for the daily coordination of all PS movements. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for the inventory of all vehicles at the facility within company timelines. Through the use of company provided tools, the Inventory Specialist will document vehicle condition within company standards which includes a complete inventory and supporting photographs of each vehicle. In addition, by using a system of priorities, the Inventory Specialist will be responsible for directing the flow of traffic in the receiving area to ensure timely processing of vehicle inventory. Finally, through a thorough understanding of Copart policy, the Inventory Specialist will be responsible for facilitating the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customer's needs.
* Monitor, maintain and organize the receiving area.
* Operate camera and utilize a handheld inventory device to process incoming vehicles.
* Determine operational capability of motor vehicles Complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs) on required vehicles.
* Maintain inventory of all materials used.
* Compliance to company policies and procedures Compliance to safety requirements.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Must be 18 years or older
* Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
* General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude preferred
* Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to operate handheld devices preferred
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Driver's license preferred
* Bilingual skill a plus.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.29/hourly
