In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for administrative and inventory control duties and tasks. Responsibilities: · Support company-wide weekly cycle count process. Perform audits of the cycle counts to detect potential theft, shrinkage, or process violations. · Monitor and review inventory transactions in the ERP and POS systems to identify unusual patterns, discrepancies, or potentially fraudulent activity. · Analyze exception reports, such as negative inventory, or returns reports, to detect irregularities or unauthorized actions. · Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner · Generate inventory reports and analyze data for trends, variances, and performance metrics. · Assist with audits and compliance related to inventory control standards · Perform inventory adjustments as needed · Perform security functions Requirements 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field. Proficiency with MS Office applications; Must be able to use Excel at an intermediate level Intermediate knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, POS, and inventory systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
