Purpose of Role
Own the flow. Lead the stock room.
As a Stock Keyholder, you're the go-to for keeping product moving and shelves stocked. You'll lead the charge on shipments, pricing, and stockroom standards - making sure everything's in place so customers get what they need, when they need it. Step up, take the lead, and make it happen.
Your Impact
We count on our Stock Keyholders to:
Ensure store is fully stocked and easy to shop
Implement visual merchandising standards within the store
Oversee markdowns and re-ticketing, stock transfers and damaged goods
Coach, train and support teammates in merchandise handling
Oversee loss prevention, safety, and audit expectations and results
Ensure adequate supplies to create an effective stockroom environment and continually maintain this (including all merchandise) within and around the vicinity
Execute store operations with particular focus on product flow to/from the sales floor
Maximize sales opportunities and communicate merchandising opportunities to store leadership
Model the UA service culture and exceed customer expectations according to UA sales model
Maintain brand productivity standards for shipment process, replenishment, markdowns, merchandising, and cycle counts through company tools and resources
Maintain SOP/Retail Operations Manual
Assume Sales Keyholder responsibilities in the absence of the role in store
Assist as needed in operations - cash desk/ticketing
Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals
Be accountable for self-development, while seizing growth opportunities to increase performance
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:
At least 18 years old
High school degree or equivalent
1+ year of retail/stock or freight experience
Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
Basic numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication skills
Knowledgeable of stockroom, risk management & safety
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (such as hand-held and mobile devices)
Strong communication skills
Can stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12 kgs during each work shift with or without accommodation

To provide organizational and administrative assistance to support the daily functions of the Manchester Maintenance Department.
1st Shift Hours: 8am - 4pm
Essential Job Functions:
Assist the Maintenance Manager with the operations and functions of the Maintenance Department as needed.
Manage all maintenance stockrooms, to include inventory stocking, organizing, labeling, replenishing, tracking, shipping and receiving of all stockroom items. Responsible for cleanliness, order and accountability of stockrooms and all stocked items.
Designs, implements and manages systems, procedures and processes targeted to enhance department organization, capabilities and efficiency.
Work as an integral team member with all maintenance personnel to ensure adequate stock levels, investigate manufacturing issues with stocked items, handle warranty tracking and related issues, enter requisitions and track/monitor purchase orders and coordinate expected delivery dates to minimize equipment downtime. Make credit card purchases and reconcile invoices.
Manage stockroom inventory utilizing EAMS and other computerized technology tools to ensure efficient and effective use and disposition of stockroom assets.
Prepare and submit reports on stockroom inventory levels, critical spare parts, repair cycle asset status and warranty items.
Assist the maintenance manager in monitoring and management of all stocked consumables to ensure optimum supplies are on hand and effectively managed. Works directly with suppliers to minimize repair and fabrication times, delivery times and availability issues.
Purchase, handle and coordinate disposition of hazardous chemicals and hazardous/universal waste as needed.
Organize/file pertinent work center documentation, office supplies, and equipment information as required by the maintenance manager. Reorder and stock associated items as needed.
Perform data entry tasks, make phone calls, schedule, coordinate and handle vendor visits. Work with vendors as needed for cost comparisons, new or alternate products and to resolve supplier issues or concerns.
Assist with downtime activities, working with supervisors, managers and maintenance personnel to provide repair supplies, ensure schedule deconfliction, and workload and lead time management. · Assist as needed with requests for maintenance support by locating or dispatching personnel during periods of manpower shortages or heavy workloads.
Communicate verbally and in writing to leads and managers; statuses, forecasts and projections on maintenance support matters such as spare parts, items in the repair cycle, fabrication items, repair capability limitations and alternate vendor recommendations.
Support the Policy Commitments of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. This includes identifying, developing and implementing continuous improvement projects that meet the Policy Commitment Objectives.

* Maintain contact with Supervision and Shipping Office to receive notice of requested trailer swaps to be completed.
* Document all trailer moves. Inspect equipment and make certain trailers refrigeration units are accurately set and running.
* Conducting inventory of empty trailers in the yard and positioned at dock doors.
* Assist warehouse workers in loading and unloading of trailers when time permits.
Alternate Job Responsibilities:
* When not performing the responsibilities of Yard Specialist, the individual will work as a Material Specialist in the warehouse. Activities include but not limited to Transporting pallets to and from production areas, selecting Retail Store orders, offloading/loading of containers and trailers.
Safety Checks and Audits
* Support the requirements of the functional team to insure the safe and efficient operation of all material handling equipment.
* Oversee and perform daily equipment safety checks to support current safety mandates and to assure that equipment is operational.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
* Valid driver's license; CDL License preferred
* 1 Year of tractor trailer experience is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability meet deadlines
* Ability to prioritize tasks
* High sense of responsibility, accountability and punctuality
* Basic writing and math skills required
* Flexibility to meet rotational shift changes, as required.
* Knowledge of standard warehouse and/or production practices and processes helpful but not required.
Education:
* High School Diploma
Other Requirements:
* Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
* Ability to pull, push, climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach with arms and twist at waist, neck, shoulders, wrists, repeatedly grip and grasp.
* Must be able to walk frequently
* Comfortable workling in outdoor conditions and refrigerated environment
