Essential Functions
Establishes collaborative relationships with VP of Sales, Sales Zone Directors, Segment & Sales Team members, Distribution Management and Demand Planning to devise and establish evolving inventory management systems.
Support the Demand Plan Team Process regarding SKU Mix and Monthly Ordering including analysis on changes to the business plan to optimize cost, cycle times and inventory levels by location (Virtual/Physical).
Challenge statistical methodology (trending, growth, seasonality, cycles) for line of sight to future demand and inventory requirements.
Performs appropriate statistical analysis using shipment, consumption, and other sources of data to measure weekly product sell-out in support of Demand Planning reorder process.
Analysis & Reporting of out-of-network shipments for corrected product placement.
Support Demand Plan Team & Distribution on analysis of product transfers as necessary to relocate inventory based on demand requirements across current and future distribution networks.
Systemic processing of Transfer Orders in ERP and WMS; both actual transfers and virtual transfers
Management of all Distribution locations Item Journal Entries for scrap, damaged goods, missing inventory, Tire & Wheel assembly movements, and cycle count processes and variations.
Evaluate Slow Moving & Obsolete Inventory process for development of sell-out programs.
Collaborating with Finance on Inventory Revaluation process using Inventory Reserves
All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications

Must have excellent analytical / data reporting skills and proven ability to analyze data trends with the use of reporting tools (ex. Excel, Navision, SAP) and initiate action from findings, knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in planning, supply chain, or finance/accounting.
Five (5) + years' relevant experience within inventory management, demand planning, or Supply Chain.
Excellent working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, Navision EPR is an asset but not required.
Advanced Excel skills are mandatory (complex formulas, modeling, trend, seasonality, etc.).
Strong experience working in a Global multi-entity environment is an asset.
Candidate is required to participate in after hour bi-weekly/monthly calls with global manufacturing team.

The Role:
The Warehouse Coordinator is a detail-oriented, service-minded team member responsible for supporting daily administrative and operational functions within our Life Sciences fulfillment centers. This role ensures timely communication and follow-up with clients, maintains compliance documentation, coordinates site activities, and supports facility operations to ensure an efficient, compliant, and welcoming workplace. + Receives inbound products from manufacturers and checks packing slips to ensure that the quantity of product matches the slips and the order placed. Enters and validates product data in the database and releases product for use in the facility.
+ Develops forecasts of inventory based on customer demand, orders, and shipment speeds of various products and manufacturers.
+ Places electronic orders based on inventory reporting and forecasting. Communicates with manufacturers as necessary to provide additional order information.
+ Monitors inventory levels continually and runs reports from database to analyze slow-moving products, fast-moving products, and expiration date data.
+ Evaluates quantity discrepancies and quality issues, such as damaged products and enters issues into database and contacts manufacturers to identify and resolve the issue and, as necessary, escalates the issue to the Manager, Pharmacy Services.
+ Conducts regular cycle counts by developing count lists, providing lists and instruction to Pharmacy Technicians and other staff, and collecting and validating the count data.

Position Overview
As an Operations Specialist - Omni you'll be responsible for the operational execution within the Pet Care Center with specific focus on our Omni channel, through the lens of Petco's vision of "Healthier Pets. Happier People. Better World." You'll ensure the efficient execution of all Omni channel processes such as Ship from Store (SFS) operations to ensure consistency with product picking, packaging, & shipping in the Pet Care Center. This role is responsible for a reduction in time spent on SFS operations due to an increased familiarity and process efficiencies. You'll assist in the receiving of merchandise & supplies to and from the store and to ensure that all merchandise & supplies are accurately stocked, and provide guest service, as necessary. This job is composed of a variety of different tasks which may be covered by operational guidelines, and while individual judgment may occasionally be required in order to complete assigned tasks, some questions are directed the Leader on Duty.

* Supports the effective and efficient operations across the Pet Care Center.
* Assist in completion of daily SFS picking, packing, & shipping.

* Analyze on-site/actual conditions in comparison to written plan, identify necessary corrections and recommend alterations as necessary and troubleshoot resolution.
* Coordination with Pet Care Center/Field partners to ensure actual fixturing, floor plan setup, stocking and SFS equipment is completed according to plan and if changes are made that they are properly communicated.
* Communicate with the Pet Care Center Leaders upon completion of day on any remaining unfinished orders, SFS WIMR screen correction information for the Pet Care Center to complete at end of day.
* Special Projects as needed.

The Position:

Perform other routine tasks to keep the bottling, canning, and keg lines sanitized and in proper working order including, but not limited to: Pre-Run and Post-Run Filler Sanitation; Prepare, change-over, and sanitize machines to be ready for the next shift; Sweep and clean area around equipment; Check for quality and accuracy of produced goods; Follow SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for each piece of equipment
Assist other packaging staff as needed to give breaks and fill in at other stations
Ensure packaging machinery are in good working order, charged (as applicable), and ready for the next day's operation
Maintain neat and orderly packaging areas, including the bottling line, canning line, kegging area, warehouse, and all other surrounding work areas
Adhere to all WISEACRE policies, processes and standards in order to maintain a safe and welcoming work environment for self, co-workers, vendors, and guests

Equipment:
Wort production is achieved on either a 20bbl JVNW 3 vessel brewhouse (manual) OR a 50bbl BrauKon 4-vessel brewhouse (automated).
Our fermentation capacity includes an array of 20, 40, 80bbl FV's with corresponding BBTs at our original facility. Our newer production facility features 200 bbl unitanks.
We utilize GEA Westfalia centrifuges at both of our locations, as well as a GEA carbonation skid at our newer production facility.
Packaging equipment includes a Meheen bottling line, Cask filler, Krones Craftmate filler, Pneumatic Angelus seamers, and IDD kegging equipment.
Schedule:
Typical operating hours range between 5 AM - midnight and average shifts run between 7 and 9 hours.
Most production currently happens between Mon-Fri but we expect to add some weekend and night shifts in the not too distant future so scheduling flexibility is a must.
We aim for a 40 hour work week most weeks and offer overtime when production demands merit it.
Holidays scheduling varies year-to-year but we generally plan our production schedule to accommodate time off around Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Veteran's Day is a paid holiday for all full-time veterans on our staff.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
High School diploma or GED required
1-3 years manufacturing or equivalent combination of education and experience
Current forklift driver certification or ability to complete certification within 30 days of employment
Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required
Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must be able to operate without distraction in a noisy, heavy trafficked work space.

Physical Demands:

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive hourly rates commensurate with experience. We typically offer a training wage of $16/hr to start with increases after 90 days and 1 year of employment, depending on performance. Training wage may vary for highly experienced candidates.
