Our Order Builders work in a fast-paced warehouse environment making sure our customers stores are fully stocked with Coca-Cola products, refreshing the World, and providing moments of optimism and happiness.
Responsibilities
Responsible for pulling orders based on pick ticket to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment.
Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.
Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
Responsible for meeting productivity requirements.
Stage completed pallets in designated areas.
Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum 6 months of general work experience.
Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
Prior warehouse experience preferred.
Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs.
Daily Activities Repetitively lift, carry, and position product (weighing up to 50 lbs.) above shoulder height without assistance.
Consistent kneeling, squatting, and reaching above the head.
Ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck, etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to read information in small, medium, and large print.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree
· High level of experience and proficiency in Excel, specifically in an allocation capacity
· Proficiency in other Microsoft Office products- Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
· Excellent analytical and mathematical proficiency with strong business and financial analysis skills
· Maintain a positive and friendly attitude and the ability to work with a variety of personalities

What the role is about:
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic growing team! The Inventory Specialist will support the Inventory Manager by performing essential tasks within the inventory management cycle, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining optimal stock levels. This role involves handling the picking, packing, and shipping of inventory for retail stores, conducting cycle counts, monitoring inventory movements, and managing stock levels in the warehouse and finished goods vault. The Inventory Specialist will work closely with the Inventory Manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations and accurate record-keeping.
What you've accomplished:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certifications in inventory management or supply chain preferred.
1+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or related field.
Familiarity with electronic inventory management systems and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with BioTrack, Leaf Logix, MJ Freeway, METRC, Leafly, Dutchie, etc. preferred
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow processes accurately.
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of safety and compliance practices, particularly in handling plants and medicated cannabis inventory, is a plus.
Must be 21 years or older.
Must be available for shift from 1:30-10 PM
