Brief Job Description
The Receiver is responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing shipments for the casino property. This role ensures the accurate receipt, inspection, documentation, storage, and distribution of supplies, equipment, and other packages. The Receiver plays a key role in maintaining smooth operations by supporting various departments with timely delivery of materials, while following company policies and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:

Essential Functions
Navigates through an advanced ERP System in order to successfully execute all daily aspects of the “Inbound & Outbound” inventory operations.

Completes Oracle transaction activities associated with material movements.
Responsible for the integrity, accuracy and control of all in house materials.
Compiles records by SKU, quantities, Sub-Inventories, and validate EBS Oracle inventories against physical counts to investigate and adjust errors in computation or count and reports reasons for discrepancies.
Maintains and compute inventory balance by running and preparing reports of inventory balances, shortages and discrepancies.
Organizes warehouse for efficient storage and material distribution per supervisor instructions.
Maintain accurate inventory levels through daily, monthly cycle counts and annual year-end physical inventories.
Assists in maintaining accurate inventory reports by sub organizations, RMA's, HFI's, and WIP.
Expired inventory disposition identification (SLOB).
Maintains product rotation and storage disciplines (FIFO).
Interacts and maintains positive relationships with all levels of leadership.
Accomplishes special projects and other assignments/duties as required by management.
Compliant to all safety rules and regulations, GMP's and all Niagara policies and procedures.
Establishes and maintains high standards for quality, housekeeping and productivity.

Inventory specialist job in Las Vegas, NV
To maintain an accurate cost of goods sold throughout the month for general ledger purposes.
Adherence to all policies stated in the team member handbook.
Responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory count of all merchandise bought and used in the restaurants, warehouse, gift shop, kitchen and bars.
Input of all requisitions forward to finance from purchasing, warehouse, and food & beverage.
Update price changes from the purchasing department.
Observe and verify month end physical inventories as assigned.
Input final inventories after month end inventory counts. Forward this information to controller for review.
Investigate unusual requisitions for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain operation/maintenance and integrity of materials movement system.
Other job related duties as may be assigned by instruction from management.

Skills, Education & Other Requirements
Skilled in spreadsheet and accounting software.
Must be 21 years of age.
Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
This position requires sufficient experience, education and job knowledge to meet current business needs.
Prior experience with Stratton Warren/ MMS software.
