We are seeking a Warehouse Equipment Coordinator who will provide critical non-technical support to the IT department within a fast-paced Fulfillment Center environment. This role ensures smooth operations by managing IT equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, and handling administrative tasks that enable technical staff to focus on complex troubleshooting and system maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist IT staff with daily coordination and deployment of equipment.
Track and maintain accurate inventory of IT assets, including scanners, printers, and computer hardware.
Conduct equipment audits to verify proper labeling, assignment, and functionality.
Receive, unpack, and stage IT equipment for deployment.
Update asset tracking systems and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage equipment repairs or replacements.
Support IT technicians with workstation setup and decommissioning processes.
Maintain organized and clean IT storage areas.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
Mandatory Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic understanding of computer and network concepts and terminology.
Demonstrated experience with inventory management and asset tracking.

Perform weekly cycle counts of a percentage of your storeroom, work to identify the source of any cycle count discrepancies, and report results to the site or regional leader as requested.
Periodically review parts usage within your site(s) and adjust parts metadata, including minimum and maximum stock values as needed.
Annually work with site management to prepare parts budget forecasts for the following year.

Job Description Job Purpose The main purpose of the Inventory Control Specialist is to help businesses easily and efficiently manage the stocking and storing of inventory. The Inventory Control Specialist will ensure the right amount of supply is available in an organization.
Pay Rate: $23-$25 hourly.
Duties and responsibilities
Cycle Counting, which will require picking up and moving boxes up to 70 Pounds
Aged Inventory reporting, 30-60-90 done daily, weekly, and monthly.
Assume ownership of warehouse inventory counts.
Ensure inventory accuracy
Visually recognize inventory opportunities and react accordingly.
Ensure adequate inventory levels to minimize shortages.
Be accountable for returns of material overages and/or materials with monetary deposits
Monitor and effectively work on inventory management reports.
Implement and maintain proper item location codes.
Oversee the introduction of new items.
Load and unload new merchandise into the inventory system.
Monitor shrinkage and recommend ways to reduce theft and breakage in the warehouse.
Identify obsolete inventory and determine how to best remove it.
Required Qualifications
Net-Suite Experience
Must be willing to be hands-on.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Time management; Ability to handle multiple demands and work to meet deadlines
Dependability: Exhibit a reliable and consistent work ethic
Punctuality: arrive on time to work and return on time from breaks
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to be flexible and to adapt to quickly changing conditions.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior work experience in inventory control at a warehouse setting.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM with 45 Min lunch
