Purpose of Role
Own the flow. Lead the stock room.
As a Stock Keyholder, you're the go-to for keeping product moving and shelves stocked. You'll lead the charge on shipments, pricing, and stockroom standards - making sure everything's in place so customers get what they need, when they need it. Step up, take the lead, and make it happen.
Your Impact
We count on our Stock Keyholders to:
Ensure store is fully stocked and easy to shop
Implement visual merchandising standards within the store
Oversee markdowns and re-ticketing, stock transfers and damaged goods
Coach, train and support teammates in merchandise handling
Oversee loss prevention, safety, and audit expectations and results
Ensure adequate supplies to create an effective stockroom environment and continually maintain this (including all merchandise) within and around the vicinity
Execute store operations with particular focus on product flow to/from the sales floor
Maximize sales opportunities and communicate merchandising opportunities to store leadership
Model the UA service culture and exceed customer expectations according to UA sales model
Maintain brand productivity standards for shipment process, replenishment, markdowns, merchandising, and cycle counts through company tools and resources
Maintain SOP/Retail Operations Manual
Assume Sales Keyholder responsibilities in the absence of the role in store
Assist as needed in operations - cash desk/ticketing
Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals
Be accountable for self-development, while seizing growth opportunities to increase performance
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:
At least 18 years old
High school degree or equivalent
1+ year of retail/stock or freight experience
Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
Basic numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication skills
Knowledgeable of stockroom, risk management & safety
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (such as hand-held and mobile devices)

Reporting to Enterprise Pharmacy Business Procurement Manager Specialist, the Inventory Specialist is responsible for receiving all non-controlled pharmaceuticals and pharmacy supplies. The scope of the Inventory Control Specialist receiving responsibilities include the direct replenishment of the 340B cost centers. Additionally, the Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for charging and coordinating delivery of all special orders and perform multiple inventory functions. These inventory functions are vital to the Supply Chain performing efficiently (stocking medications, returns to wholesalers, etc.). The Inventory Control Specialist must be able to pass both licensure and area specific competences.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Receives and sorts pharmaceuticals and supplies coming from multiple vendors for each area associated with direct replenishment.
• Receives items via scanning into computer systems and/or manual documentation associated with DSCSA requirements.
• Reconciles all drug orders received with order processed and reports any variances to the Senior Procurement Specialist.
• Manages archive of all receiving information, DSCSA information and T3 information associated with drug orders.
• Manages receiving of inventory at central receiving associated with all direct replenishment zones.
• Prepares items once received and documented for delivery to area of use.
• Responsible for ordering and management of internal shipping materials.
• Responsible for utilizing trace link for documentation of orders requiring trace link records for DSCSA
• Coordinates delivery of ordered items from central supply to final end point.
• Responsible for staging of orders for pickup and delivery to respective direct replenishment zone.
• Assists Business Procurement Manager and Senior Procurement Specialist with reconciliation of all direct replenishment orders and tracking of delivery to defined zone.

Job Summary

Contacts
This position has continuous contact with the public at the Pet Care Center and at Pet Care Center -related events, and regular contact and exchange of information with other departments in the field, Distribution Centers, and at the Support Centers. Contact outside of PETCO may be required to coordinate merchandise returns, ordering parts, Pet Care Center repairs, coordination of vaccination clinics, Pet Care Center events, vendor meetings, etc.

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records of all raw materials, packaging, and finished goods within the facility. This position plays a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting production planning, and acting as a gatekeeper for all material movement in and out of the plant. Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory levels for all raw materials, packaging, and finished goods through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, ensuring all adjustments are properly documented and approved.
Function as the gatekeeper for all material movement in receiving, transfers, consumption, and returns to ensure timely and accurate system updates.
Support implementation, configuration, and daily operation of the Fishbowl Inventory system; assist with data migration, item setup, and system audits.
Collaborate with production, purchasing, and finance teams to ensure real-time inventory visibility and accurate costing.
Partner with warehouse and production leads to develop standardized material handling and labeling procedures.
Analyze inventory trends and variances; provide reporting and insights to management.
Maintain cycle count schedules, develop count sheets, and reconcile variances to the ERP/Fishbowl system.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and food safety protocols (e.g., lot tracking, traceability, and FIFO practices).
Assist in training employees in inventory control processes and proper use of Fishbowl.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing waste, improving accuracy, and streamlining workflows.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in inventory control, materials management, or warehouse operations (manufacturing experience strongly preferred).
Proficiency with inventory management systems; experience with Fishbowl or similar ERP/WMS software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, etc.) is a plus.
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
Solid understanding of cycle counting, reconciliation, and lot traceability principles.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (production, finance, QA, purchasing).
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels of the organization.
Food manufacturing or CPG experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
