The Inventory Specialist ensures the accuracy of inventory within the warehouse and our software systems. You will be the main point of contact for warehouse operations when inventory problems arise and will assist the team with receiving, storing, and tracking materials within the facility. Schedule: Monday - Friday (some weekends and holidays may be required) What You'll Be Doing, Stop Scanning and Read This Part Receive and process incoming stock and materials, including raw ingredients and finished goods. Ensure proper labeling after materials are stored. Process partial ingredient returns and restock appropriately. Record and track inventory transactions through Fishbowl WMS. Assist with maintaining the inventory management system. Maintain accurate inventory records; research overages and shortages, reconcile discrepancies. Assist with conducting regular physical inventory counts. Assist with cycle counting and inventory audits. Communicate with other departments to ensure inventory needs are met. Ensure adherence to safety and workplace standards. Other duties as assigned. What You've Done And Who You Are High School Diploma or GED; recent college graduates encouraged to apply.
