Our Warehouse Cleaning/Janitorial positions perform the following duties within designated work areas, as assigned at the beginning of each shift:
Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), office areas
Sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash
Ensure all walkways are clean and tidy at all times
Clean totes and other items
Some deep cleaning, as needed

Organization: Maintain a clean and organized storage area, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and stored. Using AQL level inspection tools, navigating ERP SAP Business One, and LISA WMS systems. Maintaining compliance procedures related to the firearms industry.
Data Entry: Accurately input inventory data into the system and assist in maintaining exact inventory records.
Attention to Detail: Conduct daily audits to verify inventory levels and assist in identifying discrepancies.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to coordinate inventory flow and resolve any issues.
Adaptability: Respond to changing priorities and assist with additional tasks as needed.
Training and Development: Be open to training on new processes and technologies related to inventory management.
Qualifications:
Previous receiving experience preferred. Proficiency in excel, and word suite.
Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Adaptive learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
Dependable, hard-working, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. as needed.
Comfortably stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
