In this full-time role, you will manage raw material and finished goods inventory, support warehouse and production operations.

What you'll do:
Track and manage raw materials and finished good inventory daily to align with production schedules
Conduct monthly raw inventory counts and assist in quarterly finished goods audits
Communicate daily with the Supply Chain Manager regarding resin, color, labels, foam, foil, and other critical materials
Purchase and manage inventory for resin, color, labels, boxes, pallets, foil, and other plant materials
Forecast resin supply for at least three months and manage silo/railcar scheduling
Maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets and inventory databases including ProTraQ, E1
Assist warehouse, customer service, quality, scheduling, and shipping teams to ensure efficient operations
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
What you'll need to have:
Minimum 4 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency with manufacturing inventory system data base, ProTraQ, E1, required
Advanced Excel skills; ability to manage spreadsheets and reports
Accounting knowledge a plus, including invoices, BOM and manufacturing processes etc.
Associate's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
Detail-oriented, organized, able to multi-task with strong communication skills

* Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces. Previous experience with AS400/Korber/Blue Yonder and/or other warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.

Job Description
This will be a 3-6 month contract role starting late January 2026. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient material flow, and supporting production operations. This role involves data entry, reconciling inventory, and collaborating with purchasing and production to ensure inventory accuracy in a warehouse environment using ERP systems and physical counts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Maintain and update inventory levels through regular cycle counts and reconciliation using ERP system.
Receive, label, and store incoming materials and supplies in designated locations.
Pick parts and materials according to work orders or production schedules.
Track inventory movements in the ERP system.
Ensure inventory practices comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Identify and report damaged or obsolete inventory.
Investigate, collaborate, and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with purchasing and production teams.
Support shipping and receiving operations as needed.
Maintain clean and organized inventory storage areas.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical training preferred
1-3 years of experience in inventory control or warehousing preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic math and data entry skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
