While not guaranteed, on average our warehouse employees work 32 hours per week. Duties and Responsibilities:

General Summary
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for the overall integrity and maintenance of a store's inventory. The duties of the job require an average of 20‐30 hours per work week (will vary by store location) dedicated to sustaining the store's inventory integrity to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure POs are properly received from Ace and non‐Ace vendors.
Report inventory discrepancies such as over/short and damages from orders received.
Work with the freight captain to ensure proper receiving and replenishment upon arrival at the store.
Ensure all outs are researched by scanning the location using a mobile device, determining cause, and following all processes to correct the errors.
Utilize all Mango reports and programs along with daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
Follow defective merchandise procedures to ensure credits are received.
Maintain on hand integrity throughout the store by reviewing inventory discrepancies to determine the cause of the discrepancy. Counts must be adjusted as needed after the matter has been properly researched.
Maintain oversight of the following functions within store operations: price change completion, integrity of location codes, manage inventory levels, and adjustments.
Coordinates store preparation for periodic full store physical inventories.
Participates in all Inventory Coordinator training and consistently trains and shares knowledge with other store associates.
Work with various Store Support Center departments to ensure proper inventory controls are in place.
Partner with members of management to report and find solutions for inventory concerns.
Complete all other inventory functions as assigned by management.

General Summary

Follow defective merchandise procedures to ensure credits are received.
Maintain on hand integrity throughout the store by reviewing inventory discrepancies to determine the cause of the discrepancy. Counts must be adjusted as needed after the matter has been properly researched.
Maintain oversight of the following functions within store operations: price change completion, integrity of location codes, manage inventory levels, and adjustments.
Coordinates store preparation for periodic full store physical inventories.
Participates in all Inventory Coordinator training and consistently trains and shares knowledge with other store associates.
Work with various Store Support Center departments to ensure proper inventory controls are in place.
Partner with members of management to report and find solutions for inventory concerns.
Complete all other inventory functions as assigned by management.

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing parts distribution, and ensuring efficient inventory operations. Key Responsibilities
Parts Management
Coordinate and process parts transfers to technicians and internal departments accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organized, labeled, and accessible inventory storage areas.
Purchase Orders & Procurement
Create, send, receive, and reconcile purchase orders for inventory items, supplies and special orders.
Complete three-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
Track open orders, back orders, and special orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
Inventory Transactions & Accuracy
Enter, update, and verify all inventory transactions to maintain system data integrity.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
Cycle & Physical Counts
Conduct weekly spot checks to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Participate in and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventory counts.
Reporting & Analysis
Generate and maintain inventory-related reports for management review.
Monitor inventory metrics such as accuracy rate, turnover, and shrinkage.

Compliance & Safety

Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
Experience
2 years in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Sage, Service Titan or equivalent) preferred.
Advanced Excel skills and accurate data entry capabilities preferred.
