Job Duties: - Maintain inventory accuracy by daily verification of document transactions into FMSII Inventory Module, and verification of financial data through item inquiry reports. - Audit daily inventory keying transactions of receiving and issue documents through FMSII daily activity report. - Maintain database accuracy with document corrections made within 3 working days and verification of financial data. - Compile quarterly, a no activity report on obsolete and slow moving items and report to management for consideration of deleting from warehouse stock with recommendation solution for destruction within 30 days. - Create, assemble, run and distribute inventory balance and summary reports, by assembling information on spreadsheets in Excel or other programs for management. - Compile fiscal year-end report and several monthly and quarterly inventory reports for management. - Schedule quarterly visits with the warehouse commodity manager to audit Inventory Shelf counts and compare to FMSII Inventory Files for assigned categories of supplies to help maintain accurate Database Files, Item Descriptions, Unit of Issue and unit of package. - Other duties assigned.
